Had to call 2 x. Was disconnected the first time. Was told to order from Boulevard by my boss. Went in to order the plaque and was not treated very nicely. As soon as I mentioned that I only need 1 plaque the person helping me seemed to lose interest quickly. Finished product was OK. Discovered later (while talking to a co-worker) that we where drastically overcharged. Same plaque could have been purchased elsewhere in town at another store for almost 1/2 the price we paid. Thank god the company paid for it. I will never shop there personally.

We got the referral through Angie's list and went to this small, but impressive showroom. After looking at various options, we chose a cube for the 'award' (a gift to my aunt at our wedding rehearsal dinner - after making gumbo with my fiance for the dinner) We subsequently took the Best Man's gift (watch) back for engraving. All quality was great - with e-mailed images for review before work was done.

I've used Boulevard Trophy for all my signage and awards for years - as well as having unique engraving jobs done on special items, or having promotional items made for business use. They also do great framing of just about anything - and their recommendations for style, matting, and frame choice for my Ice Bowl photo were spot-on. I couldn't have been more pleased with the finished product. Great people - great service.

I had a lighter engraved and I wanted some special engraving on it. I looked at 5 different places and could do that for what ever reason. I went to them and they took a look at it and gave me an estimate and they ended up doing the lighter for me. The only thing is that I could not figure why it took a month.
