I called Ralph and he came out the next day. He asked a lot questions about what the problem was, and then clearly explained exacty what he was going to do. He was very thorough and did a great job. I haven't seen any ants since!

Service was outstanding. It has been a long time since I've seen anyone work so h****** a very hot July day as did the Blue Ribbon tech to hunt down and spray-to-death the yellow jacket nests around our pool area. After that dedicated performance, my wife and I signed up for monthly visits from Blue Ribbon. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a competent and energetic pest control service at their home!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it didn't turn out so well. The gentleman was very nice, courteous, and considerate. We had mouse problem in the garage, and he told us what to do, and we followed everything that he said, and now we have mouse problem in the house. He didn't do that much for the money. He brought a bait for the mice, and put it in the garage,and to remove the dog's food and put it in the house, and now the garage has no mice but they are in the house. He was very knowldegeable, and he also told us to go online, and buy something else. All he did was spray outside, like my husband would normally do. I thought the inside would be done, but it wasn't. I asked him to spray him around the pool house, which he did, but I didn't have to ask him. He laid traps in the garage and my husband did catch 3 mice out there, but anything that he didn't catch, came into the house. He was late but he did call, he said he was stuck in traffic. My husband was thinking of setting him up for a monthly service, because he was very inexpensive, but we decided against it.

I got this service as part of a special offered through Angie's List. It went very well. I was able to get Ralph, the owner, to come to our home the same day I called to arrange for the treatment. He arrived on time and applied what appeared to be a very thorough treatment. Ralph identified three specific places on the outside where there was heavy ant activity. He took time to apply special treatment to those spots to destroy each colony. Ralph took time to explain some steps and treatments I could apply to help control pests. He offered me a year contract at a reasonable price but applied no pressure to sign up. Ralph handled himself in a very professional courteous manner and obviously takes pride in the quality of his work.

It went fantastic and now he is my bug guy. He was very nice, very professional and very thorough. He knew his business. The most important thing for me is to be able to work around my schedule. He comes on Saturdays and that works great for me. He is very responsive and very timely.

I like them mainly scheduling wise. Most pest control companies are not willing to work on my schedule that much. I’m usually not around during the week so they have been coming out on Saturdays. The owner of Blue Ribbon Pest Services Company has been coming out himself rather than sending somebody else out. He seems to be up for customer service mostly compared to anything else. His price is definitely good. Given the fact that I have called the owner on weekends or on nights on his personal cell phone, his responsiveness has been excellent. I would continue to use this company in the future.

I normally spend $25 on them. They come out every month. However, once they do their job in the fall, they will not come out until spring time. They are very cooperative. They give me advice regarding what sprays to use. They identify my needs. They tell me when it is not necessary to spray. I have been using them for eight months now. I have not had any problems till now. I will continue to use them in the future.
