Great! Seamless engagement. Spoke to a lovely office manager who coordinated our appointment and answered questions. I had to call back several times as I realized I had more than one job and each time she was friendly, patient and informative. About 30 minutes before the handyman, Brandon, was due to arrive, he called to confirm and let me know to expect him. No surprise doorbell ring. When the “Big Man” arrived, he introduced himself, took off his shoes as not to dirty my floors, and immediately went to work. He was quick, neat and patient as I asked about a million questions. Very friendly, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Brandon is very detail oriented. He noticed and asked for input on installation issues that I didn’t even think of. He is very clean and took great care to not damage anything during installation. By far a better value to hire him to install my appliances that I bought from a big box home improvement store than to have the store do it. There are many more light fixtures and other improvements I want to do in my home and Big Man Handyman will be the only one I call to install them.
