Went well. Guys did some tests and found out the wires to the senors needed replaced. I felt $99 was a bit much to replace some wires since I really could have done that on my own, but it's working great now! They arrived on time and didn't take long to diagnose the issue and repair it.

bought an older home -when first moved in  October 2010  I called this company because garage door opener was only working part of the time - they worked on it total cost 80.00 -they were great prompt - polite and effecient 
March 2011 door opener finally just quit - called they came that day replaced with new opener - 60 day warrently - also added a keypad on outside of garage door (at my request) so i could open and close door when going for a walk etc.  total cast 138.00
if i have garage door opener needs again i will definently call them again

 The entire repair process took approximately 2 hours (7pm to 9pm). This door in its 20+ year service has had the main spring replaced several times and two garage door openers (installed by me). Chris explained everything he was doing in detail and to my satisfaction. I picked his brain about garage door workings (I'm a DIY'er) and he was happy to oblige while accomplishing his work. This old door works great once again, nice and smooth, no more cling, clang and occasional bangs.

 I contacted the company mid-morning and they came out early afternoon to view my broken spring. They quoted me a price for just fixing the spring and one for including a new insulated door. I chose to replace the door. He helped me get my car out of the garage and secure the old door shut and then came back the next day promptly when scheduled. He removed the old door and installed the new one in less than two hours. He made sure that there was no debris or old screws on the garage floor.  Payment was 50% up front and remainder when completed. I am very happy with the look and operation of the garage door. They were professional from start to finish.

Had to call twice.They apologized for losing my first message on second call they responded promptly came out after 6pm to do the repair but needed additional parts. Reapirs were done timely next morning . Employee was professional, courteious and efficent.

We were very pleased. The technician was Brian and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.

I was at work and could not come to help my 19 year old who was terrified I was going to kill her. I told her to call the number that was above the garage door opener. they came within an hour of her calling. I called to let them know I would not be there and gave them my credit card number over the phone when the work was completed. You can barely tell where the door has a dent. (I'm thinking she pushed the remote before she was all the way backed out of the garage.)
