I recently had the pleasure of using Ben's TV Repair services, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. My 2019 LG 86-inch TV was experiencing issues, and Ben was incredibly fast in diagnosing the problem, which turned out to be bad LEDs. His expertise and efficiency were truly commendable. One of the most notable aspects of my experience with Ben's TV Repair was the affordability of his services. In today's world, finding quality services at a reasonable price can be a challenge, but Ben's pricing was more than fair. I felt that I received excellent value for my money. Furthermore, Ben's turnaround time was exceptional. Despite the complexity of the issue, he was able to repair my TV and return it to me in just a couple of days. This quick and efficient service minimized the inconvenience of not having a functioning TV. Overall, I highly recommend Ben's TV Repair for anyone in need of TV repair services. Attached are pictures of the test screens with a solid yellow and solid red wallpaper, this will show where the leds strips are bad. They changed from the normal white led to blue which produced the dark spots. Then pictures of the tv working again with the test screens again!

Ben was amazing. Ben answered the phone on a Sunday and was able to diagnose the problem remotely after sending him a video of the TV. He arrived the next day on time and replaced the board in question. TV fixed. Price was agreed to before he arrived and transaction went as planned. Ben knows how to diagnose problems and fix them. I would definitely contact Ben again in the future to fix my TV.

Excellent. Ben arrived when he said he would, was very pleasant and efficient, replaced the bulb (which had burned out) and the TV worked perfectly. He gave me a warranty on the bulb for 6 months. I would definitely use him again.

I called Ben yesterday and made an appointment for today. He arrived on time. He worked on the TV for 20 minutes. Suspected a problem with the power inside, but also found that one of the two power wires was loose. He pushed it back in and the TV seems to be working OK now. He didn't give me a bill, and said to pay him what I thought it was worth. I did. If the TV has anymore problems (Same Problem) he said to give him a call. He took the info from the TV so that if it does need a new power supply, he knows which one to get. THANKS BEN.

Ben fixed it just fine. The only problem we had was we had insurance on the TV which we bought online and needed a invoice for the work that was done. He is a one-man outfit and wasn't set up for it.. It took quite a few contacts to get him to send us an invoice. But, he eventually sent it and all was good.
