They were professional.

Overall it went very well.  We got three estimates for the move and Bekins was the most reasonable. They even ended up charging us about $100 less than their initial quote saying they were able get fuel cheaper than estimated.  The truck showed up on time for picking up our furniture and for delivering it.  The driver was very professional.  The crews that loaded and unloaded our funiture worked very hard and were careful, with one exception.  The glass in our curio cabinet got broke during the move.  The driver, who helped with the wrapping, loading, unloading, and unwrapping took blame for the damaged cabinet, saying he rapped it too tightly.  The estimate to get the window replaced was $450.  We had a $450 deductible.  The Bekins office help in Carlisle PA were very nice and helpful.  We were able to get used boxes from Bekins for free.  Bekins in Las Vegas came and picked up the boxes at our home in Henderson.

They were excellent and did a very good job. The only bad thing was that their was only two guys for a three bedroom house. The two that were there worked very hard.

Considering the distance, the move went quite well. There were enough men that it did not take nearly as long as we thought it would. They treated our property with care and displayed professionalism, as well as excellent manners. There was no severe damage to our goods, and they moved all of our things into our new home. If we ever move again, we will call Bekins.

The move was done in one day, and nothing was left behind. They helped us move in, and arrange our furniture, and showed very good behavior. The cost was somewhat high, but with the professionalism they utilized, maybe it was worth it. One of our beds was broken during the move, and they did not hesitate to buy us a brand new one, with apologies.
