Owner Valter was extremely courteous and professional over the phone when I explained my situation.? We set up an appointment and he even called to let me know he was on a job and running a bit late.? He arrived with his son and the two of them went straight to the attic and found our enormous beehive.? Within half an hour,? the hive and the bees were gone.? He explained everything they were doing, in addition to letting me know what I could expect in the next few days.? I would certainly call BeeWise again; they were professional, expedient and reasonably priced.

He did a great job. He was very friendly and I watched him actually move things to spray under them. He was here longer then any bug guy has ever been. He did a great job!

They are excellent. The guy was very knowledgeable and he's a really nice guy. He does what he was supposed to do. I just had him do bug spraying and then I had an issue with some bees, I called them up and he came up and took care of it and didn't charge me because it's all part of the service which I didn't know but he handled it. I won't use anybody but him. When he first went up to the house, he sprays the outside of the house and I let him in the garage, he sprays inside the garage, then in the backyard, around the yard, around the foundation, around the house and patio, and he also does the front. They follow-up on their business, they do their job that you want, if you want more that applied to you, they just do a good job, they call ahead of time to remind you, and they are just very good at what they do. He cares about his job and he cares about the people. He always comes in in a white outfit, he almost looks like good man that manage Show Clean. He's just a nice, young guy. The guy I used to use, his 2 dogs died from the dog food and he used to work for him, he started out on his own and he's done excellent work. I'd recommend him to anybody. I'm not going to break the contract, he's the only one I will use. He's reliable, it's hard to find a contractor that is and you can count on him. His wife works for him and they're just starting out, they are doing slow, and they know how to do customer service.

I called them for an estimate to remove some bees in our backyard, though I wasn't exactly sure where the bees were. I don't remember whether they provided an estimate, but said that they had to come out to take a look before giving an estimate, depending on where the bees were. Romie came over, was able to see where the bees were coming from, did his magic, and in about a half hour, the bees were gone. They charged a reasonable amount based on some of the other estimates that i got over the phone. Romie took the time to answer all the questions that I had, was very patient with me and very helpful. Would use them again.

The owner himself comes to our home to do the service. We hired him when our scorpion problem got out of hand. Beewise took the time to really work on a very difficult problem. Within one visit we saw an immediate improvement. It took about 3 months to finally find all the nests along the side of the property. I'm sure things would have gone even faster if my neighbor had been helpful. Beewise always leaves a detailed report listing chemicals used and start and end times. They always call the day before to reconfirm their appointment. Bottom line - I can't remember the last time I saw a scorpion on the property. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with them. He was always on time, pleasant, and made me aware of things. If I had issues I could tell him and he would take care of it. He is very nice.
