Very misleading and unprofessional company. We had Fidel come out and spray some bees that we had. Before he left he said he does a courtesy spray if they return back in 72 hours. After the 72 hours I called Fidel back several times because the bees returned. Never received a call back. I was able to get a hold of the owner today who was the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I've ever spoken to. He claimed that they do not offer courtesy sprays which clearly goes against their policy that is stated on the receipt. As a customer, it's upsetting paying over $150 for just someone to spray and the bees coming right back. During my phone call the owner hung up on me, I called back and he claimed that he was with hIs nieces and he didn't want to deal with it. Please do not even consider going with these guys. There are way more PROFESSIONAL companies that can take care of any bee problem.

Called and they said might have to exterminate and they would see then let me know. Since I had to work they talked to my daughter and she emailed me letting me know no option except to exterminate. They did. 150.00. Today still all bees as I called and let them know a few times. They let me know they will need to go in to remove the hive , since I was never told there was a hive, on top of the 150 there will be additional 250.00 to 350.00 on top of my 150 to remove the hive too. Their resolve for situation is to exterminate them again for free but I will still have bees coming since hive is still there. I was highly frustrated since they should have told me that it would cost like 500.00 instead of 150.00. Very, very, misleading and I felt I was over a barrel. They did not resolve and so for that I am truly disappointed .... Ella

During the pre purchase inspection for a house I was buying the inspector encountered paper wasps at an attic entrance. After purchasing the house I had Bee Master of Las Vegas inspect the attic area. They promptly took care of the problem and inspected around the rest of the house. Their charges were very reasonable. They were prompt and very professional. From my conversations with them it is clear that they are very knowledgeable and experienced. Highly recommended.

Daniel od Bee Master of Las Vegas responded to my call within an hour or so and had a technician on our property the next day.  He killed the bees and gave me an estimate for the removal of the hive.  I called Daniel and we were able to come to a mutually agreeable price for the service which required removing a section of the wall so that the complete hive, including over 10 lbs. of honeycomb could be removed and the subsequent repair of the wall.  The work was scheduled and they arrived on time each day (the work took about four days to properly install the stucco and paint it).  When the first attempt at matching the color didn't match, they came out and did it again, this time painting the whole 8 foot width of the pop-out so there was absolutely no noticeable color difference.  You simply cannot see where the section of wall was removed and patched.

I heartily recommend Bee Masters for bee removal, up to and including having to dig out buried hives and do the repair work after the hive has been removed.  This is an honest, first rate company.

Noticed I had a wasp hive on Saturday so called and left message.  Daniel called me back within 1/2 hour and was able to get me scheduled for Monday afternoon.  He gave me the gentleman's name that would be coming out and we were set.  He was scheduled to arrive between 3pm-5pm, but about 4 the gentlemen called and said he was running late due to a previous job but would be there by 5.  Was a nice surprise that he called to notify he would be near the end of the timeframe, but he did arrive earlier.  Was very courteous and professional.  He asked me to go back inside so as not to agitate the wasps as the hive was right above my front door.  About 20 minutes later all done, sprayed around the house, verified no other hives were "lurking" around.  Explained everything to me that there might be a few stragglers as it could take at least 72 hours to kill off from the spray he used.  As we spoke one was flew buy so he resprayed just to be safe.
To me well worth the $150 to remove them and not have to worry.  Plus this includes a 30 day guarantee which i didn't expect either.
Would highly recommend them as I was a first  time customer and will definately keep their number just in case.

They maintain bee traps in yard, rodent trips in yard, and insect control. They get five stars. Excellent service; they let me know they are here and they do what they are suppose to do. Advise me of anything that needs to be taken care of that could make controls more efficient. Friendly and nice workers. I am very happy with them, I have been a customer with them for more than 10 years. Family owned business

We had a swarm of bees arrive in our tree in the afternoon.  I called Bee Masters the next day to have them removed.  I placed the call at noon, and received an appointment for between 5pm and 6pm.  The technician called at 4:45pm and said that he was about 10 minutes away and arrived right on time.
Felipe took a look at the bees in the tree and explained what he was going to do and to take precautions to stay inside for a couple of hours after the service.  After preparing his equipment, he started to spray the bees, and the entire swarm flew away.  He only charged me for an inspection since the full service was not needed.  Felipe was very professional and I would recommend this service.

Overall from the first phone call to the service call they were very professional and the quality of work was excellent. They explained every step in the procedure as they went along and let me decide if I wanted to remove the hive myself and/or stucco the opening myself.

Excellent experience from first contact through end of project! We were referred to Bee Masters through our Realtor Ellen Fahr after we discovered a serious Africanized Killer Bee infestation on the second story of our newly purchased home. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism over the phone and their enthusiasm to assist us the same day. They were even able to give us an accurate quote over the phone ($150). The Bee Master arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the work,  including how long it would take him to bomb the bees (30 minutes). When he was finished, he advised me that we had a full hive that had been there for at least two months and had accumulated approximately 40 to 60 lbs of honey and hive. He was not pushy when he suggested that we pay to have the hive removed, rather, he was matter-of-fact, suggested we do some research and call them back should we decided to go through with the additional work.
I really appreciated his demeanor in explaining the situation. I didn't feel like I was being "up sold" a product. He seemed genuinely concerned about the hive eventually melting and causing us more damage. The price of the hive removal was $1200 total, but it was worth every penny. He arrived on time again, explained the scope of work thoroughly and said that it would take 3 hours to complete. He was efficient, non-disruptive and had the job done in exactly 3 hours. You can even pay him by credit card and get a text message receipt.
Overall, I highly recommend Bee Masters if you are unfortunately enough to need their services. You won't find a better company in Vegas. These guys exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

I had a football-size bee swarm in a tree at eye level.  I called and they came the next day.  Actually, they offered to come the same day.  Took about 20 minutes to remove the swarm.  No problems and I would use again.  I waited a month to write the review to see if the bees returned - they did not.  I gave a B+ grade for the price because it only took about 20 minutes, so it seemed a little expensive.  But the job got done and nobody wants to mess with bees.

Went extremely well overall for us.  Our neighbor has bees in his backyard and when he saw the truck in front of our home, he came over and spoke with Fidel.  Told Fidel he would attempt to rid his yard of the bees, which would help our situation.  Bees are coming from his yard, scouting as Fidel explained .  Needless to say, very happy with outcome.  No more bees flying around in our master bathroom.

Bee Master performed the job of uncovering the bee hives and eradicating the bees.  They took no responsibility for the repair, but did identify a company who could do the repair.  The repair was not a professional job.  He got mastic on the sidewalk and did a poor job cleaning it up.  I was unh appy that Bee Master suggested a company that was so poor.

They were very honest & told me that the Bees were not a "new" infestation, but were actually Robber Bees. They charged less than quoted & I felt they were very honest. We manage rental units & would use them again if needed.

They charged a couple of hundred dollars to exterminate the bees initially. They also came out to remove the bee hive and that was several hundred dollars more. They responded pretty well and quickly. They were effective as well. I thought that they were pretty reasonably priced for what they did.
