Aztec Garage Door

He walked in looked at the door and said it would cost 90.00 more because it was an insulated door.  His bid said nothing about different doors.  Then the garage door opener didn't work either.  So replaced that also I haven't been able to find the model # online so not sure of the price for it.  But the problem being his price for replacing spring was 195.00 and barely glanced at it and stated 90.00 more.  The spring he installed is half the size of the one that broke, so not sure how long that will last.

He was outstanding he showed me what the problem was and fixed it.  He went above and beyond what he needed to do, to get it running.  He got the door and motor to run outstanding better than when it was brand new.

Frank arrived a little ahead of our appointment time.  Did the repair and service in less than 20 mins.  He offered to program my new garage door remote that I had forgotten about, but he saw it laying on the shelf next to the door.   Great job!  Highly recommend this company!

My experience was actually really good. We called them and they responded really good. They gave us an estimate and the estimate was dead on. They called us and told us that they were at another job so they would probably be late if that was okay. We said, sure that is no problem. They actually ended up getting here early anyway. It was 2 guys and so they really got here earlier than their promised time even though they called and said they might be late. They did a thorough inspection of our garage. They fixed the problem right away and then they also did a general maintenance on our garage door and oiled what needed to be oiled. I found them to be reliable and very professional. They actually came within an hour of our call.

Was running a little behind scheduled time but called and kept informed. Went well. Came out same day. Job completed quickly.

He was great! He made sure both doors worked smoothly, after installing the opener.
