Shari and Suzette worked as a team. We mainly worked with Suzette. Suzette brought a professional photographer to our home and helped make it shine for the listing photos. We sold in 3 days with multiple offers over list. The Award Realty team was tops in every way, kept us informed at every turn. These are full time professional people. Why pay another company 6% ? We did our part by having our house clean, in good repair and looking it's best. I can't think of anything any company could have done to be worth another 2% commission. Thank you Shari, thank you Suzette, thank you Award Realty. You are top notch and made selling our home amazingly easy.

I need to clarify something before I begin.  I did not work with Shari.  I contacted her through Angie's List but only met her one time at my house where she told me to remove almost everything possible.  I still believe I should have followed my gut and refused, but in the end, the house sold within a couple months so I won't dwell on that.  My main contact was with Michelle Manly, an associate of Shari's and she was awesome.  She was on my side 150%, patient, understanding and ultimately I believe wanted me to get everything I wanted.  I started out only intending to sell my current home but with her help, I ended up purchasing, and am writing this, from my dream home.  I couldn't be happier or more appreciative that she was so understanding and patient with me finding what I was truly looking for.  It was a blessing in disguise that I ended up working with Michelle because I don't think I would have had the same experience if I would have worked with Shari.  
The one thing I would throw out there to anyone looking to hire them is that when they say you have to use Equity Title as the escrow company, I would make that a deal breaker and refuse.  They (Equity Title) charged me during the disposition for city utilities but when those funds weren't received or applied to my account they told me it was my problem to resolve.  I have now paid the utility companies and them and they take no responsibility at all.  It's not the money, because it's only 150 dollars, it's the attitude that it's my problem to fix their mistake.  If they refuse to go with a different escrow company, then go with a different agent.

This is the first time I've ever did a review on anybody's service.  But I feel that Shari Sanderson, David and Matthew
deserve to be known by everybody on the great services we received.
We own our current home but it's already over 20  yrs. old.  We wanted to have it remodeled but the first building
contractor that we contacted told us that it will cost us tens of thousand dollars and for seniors like us, that's a lot of 
of money.  So we decided to go to Angie's List and searched for somebody who could help us. 
We tried to analyze that if we have to spend a lot of money for an old house, we might as well just buy a 5 yr old or a new
house.  In the Angie's List, SHARI ANDERSON'S name is the one that attracted us the most due to her more very positive 
reviews.  So we decided to call her and to our pleasant surprise, the first time we contacted her, she immediately set up an appointment to see us in our house the following morning.  Shari came on time with David.  We told her our problem and
gave us some suggestions on what to do.  Whatever way we decide, she said she'll help us.
Two days or so after our first meeting, Shari endorsed us to one of the Agents, MATTHEW.  We made an appointment
with Matthew and he diligently and patiently took us around to see the different homes.  Even when it was hot or raining
Matthew was very patient.  Sometimes, it made us feel guilty to see how hard he work for us.
Although we were with Matthew, Shari was always communicating back & forth with us by email.
The last day we were with Matthew was last Tuesday.  The following day, Wednesday, we received an email from
another building contractor, a bid which was much, much lower than the first contractor.  Because of this, we decided 
to stay in our current home.
We communicated with Shari and Matthew, immediately, about our latest decision.
With the great services that we experienced from Shari and her group, now we could say that "THEY REALLY DESERVE
THE AWARDS WHICH WERE GIVEN TO THEM'.  In the future, anytime we, family or friends need a realtor,  WE WILL
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR GROUP!!!
 

We live in a midwest state, but our real estate management company in Las Vegas, RPMLV,  made a mess on our property.  We went to LV to clean up the mess and decided to sell the house quickly.   With the past awful experiences dealing with agents and property managers in LV, my wife tried the angie's list for luck, and found Shari to be one of the best-reviewed agents in
LV.  We made an appointment with her with little idea about what we would get from the house or the kind of trouble we had to go through this time.  She totally surprised us when she came to visit the property.  She immediately identified the strengths and weaknesses of the property and told us what to do to deal with them.  She told us at our first meeting what the listing price of the house should be and why, higher than we expected.  Most impressively, she quickly identified all the small things that we could easily take care.  It was a long list of (low-cost) details in and around the property that made a dramatic difference to the property in less than two weeks, with low-cost.  70% of those would not be realized by us or most owners if she did not indicate them.  Who would imagine a cheap set of yard table and chair, as well as a hose in the backyard, would make the house appear so much more inviting and livable?  She recommended an amazingly efficient but cheap handyman (who always works with her and is entirely reliable) as well.   Michelle handled the marketing part so well next, and we left LV in great relief and certainty that everything would be fine in their hands.  They still surprised us one more time: only three weeks after the house was listed, they told us they found a buyer that would pay a price close to the listing price.  We are in the closing process currently.  If only we deal with real estate in LV in the future, it will only be through them!

We had a home for sale with another broker for 90 days and only had 1 lowball offer from a "flipper".  When the first broker's contract expired I called Shari Sanderson and met with her at the house with several of her agents.  Shari assigned the job to Michelle Manley and promised to clean the house up so it would sell quickly and she promised to hit her phone list of potential buyers.  She had a excellent team that came in and made the house look nearly new - bright and shiney.  I followed her suggestions not to do any repairs or replace carpet or anything, just have $500 in the package for the buyer to make necessary repairs.   The house sold within a couple days at a fair price and with a 30 days escrow.  Any bumps along the way were handled by Michelle and she always placed my interest first.  The sale closed on time as contracted.
 Everything was handled efficiently by Michelle via phone, text and email to advise us and keep us informed.   It was a no drama deal and I would highly recommend Shari and her team and would use her again if needed.  We have sold several homes before and this was the smoothest yet.  Shari also did it for a 4.5% commission witjh no additional fees, 1.5% lower than our original broker who could not sell the house at the same asking price.

Shari and Michell were punctual and professional. We're highly knowledgable in their trade and were able to give detailed, thoughtful advice as to how to prep my home for when I finally put it back on the market and move.

Shari Sanderson and Dennis Owen performed as advertised. I was especially happy with their quick response time. Nothing is more frustrating than to be left hanging when you feel that you need to discuss something with your agent.
Also, I always felt like I was getting the VIP treatment when dealing with Award, even though my particular property (a 2-bedroom Condo) represented a very modest fee when compared to some of Awards' other properties.
If you need a property sold quickly, Award is the firm for you. I had an absolute deadline of April 30th, and despite the fact that I had two offers fall through due to lack of financing, we were able to close escrow on April 3rd, well ahead of my drop-dead schedule.

After researching realtors for a couple months on my computer my husband and I decided to go with Shari Sanderson... We are patting ourselves on the back for that decision! I called Shari and left a message and she returned my call within just 5 minutes...she was at the airport and we talked on the phone and she then had her great partner Michelle call me within minutes and Michelle came to our house the very next day. She would of came that day but my husband and I wanted it for the next day...Michelle loved our house and we sat down and talked about everything and we signed papers to start the process.  Then Shari came to our house as soon as she got back! We talked and she answered every question we had... then she made an appointment for her and her team to come and clean, pack and stage the house just a few days later...She had them move 90% of our stuff into the garage and then stage with just few pieces left in each room...so potential buyers could picture their things in our house! We bought a lot of plastic bins for packing and her team filled every single one of them and ran to the store to get more!...Every cabinet, drawers, closet etc. was emptied and packed away and put into the garage..26 huge bins and then on top of that put some soft things in garbage bags. (blankets, pillows etc. They cleaned everything and the house looked great! Her photographer came within a couple days and the listing with beautiful pictures was on the market...They knew what the house would go for but my husband and I wanted to go on the high end of the market...it took about 6 weeks only because of my husband and I having it listed at the high price.(All the potential buyers loved the house but couldn't go that high in price.)..we cut the price once and it was still too high, then we cut it one more time to the price that Shari and Michelle knew it would sell for and we had multiple offers that same day...If we had went with what Shari's recommended price on the house it would of sold in one day...:) Escrow closed just a couple days ago...and Shari and Michelle are going to help us find our new, smaller, forever home...If you are looking for the utmost experience, professionalism, quality, responsiveness, punctuality that comes with a great price then Shari Sanderson/Michelle are perfect for you!

It went so well that if I ever have to sell a house again, I'll definitely be going to her. She gave me her honest opinion of the house as it was, helped me correct the things that were an eye-sore, and over-all gave me the best experience with selling my house I could have ever asked for.

I am having problems with neighbor's irrigation system flowing through the wall that divides our yards. I have spoken to him previously and he did have someone come "repair" it, but it is still leaking through, so again I talked with him. He said he had called and the company said "maybe" they would come fix it. Nothing has happened now he has it set up for sale, I called the retaliator to advise and maybe see if they could get it fixed, but again nothing. looking for further help  I looked on Angies list to see where to go I contacted Shari to see what advice she might have. within 20 min she had responded with a name and number for me to try. She also volunteered to help me in looking for the email and address of the sellers relator . I was able to find them. Shari was very fast and helpful Based on her performance I would feel very safe in recommending her to anyone for real estate needs! Thank you for taking time to help !! 

Through a professional recommendation I became in contact with Shari towards the end of March. In no time at all she came up with a couple different locations that met all my unique stipulations, two properties in the Summerlin area and two in the Henderson area. It boiled down to two properties, one in each community. Shari went a step further and sat me down and showed me on paper the financing I would be looking at for both properties which helped me out tremendously to be able to give my final decision. I went with the home she found me in Henderson, from there she recommended a couple stores we could check out to furnish some rooms. She was able to track down some great pieces that I eventually used to fill my living room with. Next we both knew we had to do something with the paint on the walls in some of the rooms. Just through paint and furnishing alone it seemed like the kitchen was opened up and brought in more light. That's when I knew that not alone was she great with realty but she was even amazing when it came to redecorating. With her guidence the rooms became so much more sapcious and really brought in the natural lighting that we all love. A bit of work is still in the process of being finished but I am abosuletly in love with my new home. I couldnt ask for anything more. Shari has been amazing through this whole step in my life.
