Alex is a Las Vegas native and began his career in 1998 in the real estate valuation profession. He worked his way up to the highly sought after status of Certified Residential Appraiser and continues to maintain his license in the state of Nevada. The valuation profession brought him an extensive knowledge of the Greater Las Vegas market area. These skills are imperative in today’s market where it has changed so drastically and continues to do so on a daily basis. He prides himself in keeping up with the most recent data and market trends to provide the most accurate valuations to his clients. In 2007, Alex joined one of the largest REO brokerages in the Las Vegas valley where he was delegated to oversee a successful REO Department. Most recently, Alex joined an exclusive residential real estate brokerage established in Las Vegas in 1980. Here, he continues to expand his client base while continuing to give outstanding service to buyers & sellers. He is also a member of the prestigious National REO Brokers Association (NRBA) and is held to high ethical and educational standards to maintain his membership. Alex is 1 of the 16 chosen agents to be a part of this nationally recognized group. Alex has listed and sold REOs for several institutions and has the necessary tools and resources to market and sell assets on behalf of the default industry.

This was a sale of our parent's condo's. My mom had just passed away, and our dad has Alzheimer's. This would be a trying situation at best, but during the course of this sale, one of the water heaters started to leak. Real Estate agents should be there to give advice and help with information on repairs, but Dennis went beyond the call of duty. He did what every Great Agent would do, he treated us like family. He got down in the trenches and worked alongside us to keep things moving forward in order to complete the sale.
