I just love them! They are great!

They arrived 9 minutes late. I would have missed them if they took another 6 minutes as I had to take my child to school. Because they relied on me to tell them exactly what parts of the house I wanted them to clean, it was an issue. Had I not been there, when they arrived it would have been an issue on their end. They were 2 nice women for 2 hours, stayed the whole time. Used of a living social coupon. I said the most important areas I'd like cleaned were the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the entire floor.
The deal breaker is that they didn't vacuum or mop under our living room sofa or my child's bed. Both furniture items are light and easy to slide over or even just reach under. Dust bunnies build under these like you wouldn't believe. Anyone in cleaning or who has wood floors knows this. They did under my bed, so why not be thorough? Had to do it myself. Because of the cold/flu season and because allergies are common in Vegas, I think it is more than necessary and also common sense.
Lastly, I have a bamboo wood floor through my entire house that can't take cleaners for normal tile or wood. When they arrived I asked what they would use to mop and showed me what I know I shouldn't use to mop. They had to use mine. I had told the women I spoke with over the phone before I bought the deal and scheduled the app. that I had bamboo floors and she said no problem.
Overall, OK, the cleaning they did do was good. But I can't count on them if they're late and don't clean the dust balls that collect under my child's bed and throughout the main living room area.

It turned out really well and we are still using them.
