I was very upset that I could not reach Ash (the guys name)...30 day warranty did not mean anything to him.

Ash has done a few jobs for us, therefore, we had on quams about calling him back. He came over to give us our estimate. We called a few days later with the start date. He came over to adjust the shower pipes, he found a small leak and reinstalled all the pipes in our shower. He returned a few days later, to install the fixtures in the shower. A few days after that he came over to install the tub in the other bathroom and begin the installation of the fixtures. When the tile installers were finished, he returned to finish the installation of the fixtures.
