Door Service, Window Service
The quality of work really depends on the worker. When we called for warranty services, the first couple guys were not very skilled, and did not even fix the problems. Finally, we got a supervisor named Lance, who spent at least 3-4 hours on a day that he was supposed to be off, to fix the problems in the middle of the summer. He was extremely courteous, helpful, and skilled. He fixed all the problems, and saved the company's reputation. We were ready to give up on the company, but Lance really showed us how great he and his company was.
