I called ATR out of the Yellow Pages and talked to Mary who was very nice, no pressure and made an apptmt within a week. Hal came to my home and quickly found the problem, fixed it and was informative and friendly throughout. He's a really nice guy who's been doing this a long time and enjoys it. It has been at least 10 month since the repair and the equipment is working perfectly. He said he repairs all sorts of exercise equipment and I plan to ask for his help again.
