I called them and told them what I wanted to have done.  Within two days, they came to my house with fabric books.  I chose an imitation leather that would wear well.  They ordered the fabric and called me as soon as they received the material.  I told them I would really like to have it done by Thanksgiving, as I was having a large group for dinner.  They said no problem!  Within a week it was done.  Looks BEAUTIFUL!  It is the only piece of furniture I have ever had reupholstered ever!  i always thought it would be such a pain, that it would be easier to buy new.  Now that I know how smooth the process can be, I am going to have them do more.
