ASAP PROFESSIONAL MOVING

TERRIBLE!! PLEAS DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. I hired them to do a loading and junk haul. They got to my home around 9.20am and by 10am not one thing was done. This dusty dude Eric was busy telling me about why he got kicked off Thumbtack of which I totally understand why! And taking pictures. When he came into my home he started roaming around into rooms where he had no business going..extremely creepy! Because he didn't like my "energy" he walked off the job! Luckily I was able to get a new team to assist and they were great. Please, DO NOT hire these guys, look elsewhere! There are some great movers and junk haulers but believe me these guys are NOT them!!

Overall, I was pleased with the service performed, but there were a few disappointments I should mention. When I called to get the estimate, I was quoted rates for a two man crew and also a three man crew. I opted for the three man crew, but the gentleman I spoke with (also the company's owner/operator) repeatedly tried to talk me out of having the third person. Ultimately, I decided that the extra person would be the best option because of the size of the move. Approximately three to four days before the move, when the start time, location, etc. were all confirmed, the owner stated that bringing a third person along would not be a problem at all. I would have appreciated a little more honesty in that regard. It seemed as if he never had any intention a third person coming. I would have even been okay with a two man crew if that were the only option available, and I did not appreciate that surprise, especially because of the impact on the price of the move!

ASAP Professional Moving had all the equipment needed to protect my property. I did not have any damage to my belongings. Their delivery guys were right on time and they had stuck to their estimated amount. I felt at ease with the workers and trusted them completely with my things.
