Description of Work: A windstorm dislodged a tile from my roof which damaged another when it fell. I checked Angies List for a roofer and selected Ariat because of their previous ratings. Their prompt evaluation of the situation revealed several other cracked and damaged tiles. Due to the age of the roof, and the other obvious problems, I contracted to have them do a complete inspection and repair. They arrived exactly as scheduled, and did a great job quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Pulled ceramic shingles and recovered back half if house with new water proof paper. Put new shingles around air conditioner area. Replaced patio roof with thicker plywood and reshingled that to. When I got home from work I couldn't even tell they were there......bravo Ariat

Description of Work: I had a leak in my roof. I found this company on Angie's list and he was the highest rated one. I called and he came within the week to give me the bid. He set the time and was there on time and did the job. He cleaned up after the job was done. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: On May14th I hired Ariat Roofing to repair my roof after wind damage. Jay came over the same day I called and gave an estimate after inspecting what needed to be done. The estimate was very reasonable and the work was done within a short period of time- with the Angie’s List discount. I would definitely use them again if necessary. In the meantime I give them a strong A!

Description of Work: Ariat recovered the roofs of both my house and detached garage. As work proceeded conditions were found that increased the cost, but the work was completed ahead of time and was done well. Jay, their estimator and project manager was easy to work with. I would recommend this contractor to my friends.

Description of Work: I left a very detailed message stating that my roof needed to be repaired and I needed a quote as soon as possible. If they didn't want to do the work they could've at least called back and either spoke to me or left a message. I'm very disappointed, especially after having such a high review status. I am equally surprised that Angie's list would give them such high marks if this is the professionalism that they offer. By the way this is the second roofing repair company that I got from Angie's list that did not respond

Description of Work: Worked with Jeff Miller,he was a true professional and was there to oversee the job. They tore off the old shingles and replaced with new asphalt shingles. Cleaned up very well and left my yard spotless! Every thing we agreed upon was done with the highest quality work and materials. They showed up and went right to work when scheduled and were very fast! I will recommend them to all my friends and Ariat will be my first choice for any roofing work!

Description of Work: Took about 10 days to respond to initial request to inspect home roof. Jay's partner finally come to home and stated he was too heavy to walk on roof and would send another person out later. Told me he would call and arrange a time for re-visit. Description of Work: My husband call and scheduled an appointment for a roof inspection because someone had told us we had broken tiles on our roof. Ariat set up an appointment and advised us there was no charge for an inspection. They arrived promptly and told us there were no broken tiles but a few cracked ones and some flashing that needed repair. They gave an estimate. An appointment was set up later for the work to be done. They arrived on time, did the work, and were finished within 30 minutes.

Description of Work: Had a roof leak with the last rain. Called several roofers on Angie's List requesting a call back. Only ARIAT responded. We set up a time for an estimate. Jay came on time, asked many questions to try to pinpoint roof location of the leak, and then went up on the roof for an inspection. We were given several options ranging in price. One option was to do nothing, because there was no damage to the ceiling yet and more rains might or might not reproduce the leak. Obviously, there was no pressure to either have work done or to choose the most expensive option. We decided to have a fix done in the probable area and worked out a convenient time. Jay and the crew called first and arrived ahead of schedule. The fix went as described at the estimate and the cleanup was perfect. This is an impresive company with an impressive, on-the-scene owner. Use ARIAT.

Description of Work: We had edge leaks in several areas of our home. Our roof was 29 years old. We had 3 estimates done. We had severe visible tile damage and all 3 companies recommended a full roof replacement instead of patching. We chose Ariat Roofing to do the project. The team of 9 workers all showed up on time and ready to work as scheduled. Every one was courteous and conscientious of our family members and our pets. When the project started, they found much more hidden tile damage. We were given the option of full tile replacement or trying to match color and style of our current.tile. We chose to use new tile overall. The tear off and replacement of felt was completed in one day. We did have to order new tile which did take about 10 working days, but, once it arrived, we scheduled an installation day and again the team showed up as scheduled and completed the job in one day. We had a couple of concerns, but, they were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. We have already recommended this company to friends. We are very pleased with the look of our new roof!
