Description of Work: They repaired the roof efficiently and showed up on time. their price was reasonable. I felt good that they put in two layers #30 felt and wood battens. It sounded like a quality job and I needed a reliable and honest contractor because I am an out of town landlord.

Description of Work: Ariat assisted us with adddressing issues brought up in a home inspection report. Mr. Ariat arrived promptly, looked at the report and surveyed our roof. He provided me with a detailed written estimate which I believed was fair and reasonable. We arranged a day for the work to be done and, as promised, his crew arrived on time and finished the job as they stated they would. We are VERY satisfied and would use this company again. This company is honest and has integrity! Excellent job!

Description of Work: It was a very professional job. Jay and his crew started at 6:30am and finished by 4pm. Set up the work site and covered the pool so no roofing materials got in the pool. Then went to work removing the old roof and then put on the new roofing and fans. When finished went all around the house/pool area and did a very professional clean up of the areas. |It was a great experience! |

Description of Work: THey responded quickly and were on time. Their tech did a wonderful job of explaining what he thought the problem, then went on the roof to confirm it. He also inspected the rest of my 22 year old roof and told me it was in excellent shape. The appointment for the actual work was done promptly and they gave me a detailed statement for my homeowners' insurance in case I chose to file a claim.
