I purchased an older home and even though i had a home inspection done, I wanted to ensure all was good with the roof. I selected Ariat Roofing based on past reviews and I was not at all disappointed. Jeff replied within the hour and was on-site and on the roof the following day to give it the once over. He confirmed items found in the home inspection, which I had not shown him, and found a few more items that needed to be addressed. After his inspection he detailed all work to be done complete with pictures, on the spot. We booked the work for two days later. They showed up on time, and completed everything asked quickly and very efficiently. The price was as agreed and in my estimation too low if there is such a thing! The experience was a first for any repairs we have had done, roofing or otherwise. Jay was prompt, professional and more than accommodating for our schedule. The work was done on time, with a large crew that took almost no time to complete the job. We would HIGHLY recommend Ariat roofing.

I had a leak from a previous rain and used a different roofer. The next rain, the leak was still there. This company came back and did some additional work and with this last rain, the same leak was still there. I decided to try another roofer and discovered this company on Angie's List. I called around noon on a Monday after a weedend rain and their phone message system was full. I called back an 1 1/2 hours later and was able to leave a message. This indicated to me they were responding to their calls. They called me back the following morning and a time was set for a visit. They reviewed the situation and gave me an estimate the following day. They came for their estimate visit when promised and came for the repair work when promised. Of course, it hasn't rained since the repair, so we will discover the quality of the work at the next rain.

Prompt professional service

I called Ariat Roofing because I thought I had a problem with some flashing on my roof. I left a message and the owner called me back and told me that they would come check out my roof and take pictures of anything they thought would be an issue. They informed me that I wouldn't need to be home for this visit. I called a couple of days later to see what they found and talked with Jeff. He performed the inspection on my roof and didn't see the spot I was concerned about. I took a photo with cell phone and sent it to him via text. He explained that what I was looking at was normal and I wouldn't have any problems with that spot. He did express that he had a concern with another part of my roof and emailed those photos to me. He asked if I had had a leak in that spot as it looked to him as if it had been a bad repair job. I have never had a leak and had never had my roof inspected or repaired since I purchased this house new in 2002. The spot he was questioning was up in my attic so I went up there and looked. I could see no evidence of a water leak at all. I relayed this information to Jeff and he said, to my relief, that I didn't appear to have any repair issues with my roof. Jeff explained that there would be no charge for the inspection as I didn't need any repairs. I will definitely call this company in the future if I do have any roofing problems. Very friendly, professional and thorough.

I contacted three Roofing Companies for an estimate on replacing the Roof on my Modular home. The company I choose came from Angies List ARIAT Roofing. I choose them for 4 sepcific reasons. 1. They offered the most Value for the price 2. They were able to schedule the job in less than a week 3. Their contractor Jeff Miller was exceptional. He is a true professional, he walked me through the entire process, and was on site or in contact with his crew throughtout the entire day. Also I was given the opportunity to choose the shingles to compliment my home. 4. The job was completed in One day!!!! The crew was on time, and ensured the grounds were protected prior of starting work, and did a complete and through clean-up of the property after completion. Replacing a roof is costly and stressful enough, however Ariat Roofing and Jeff Miller did everything in their power to ensure the process was a positive experience. I just bought a house and needed some repairs and maintenance on the roof. Jeff Miller with Ariat Roofing came out to give me the free estimate on my roof repair. He was on time, professional and did not try to up sell me any repairs I didn't need. He looked at my whole roof and took pictures of any issues or concerns he encountered. Once finished he showed me the pictures to tell me which items needed to taken care of soon and which ones were not urgent and could actually wait. I told him to give me a estimate of the whole job and I liked the price, so we signed the paperwork and set a date for the repair. When the repairs were finished he showed me pictures of all the items he fixed, replaced, and painted. I am very pleased with his quality of work and would recommend Ariat Roofing to anyone.

Everyone at Ariat was so nice, from the initial telephone call to the end of the work. Jeff came out to give me an estimate on replacing 22 tiles on the roof, an extremely reasonable quote. The crew completed the job today. They were fast, efficiient, and there was no debris left from the work, they cleaned everything. The company and Jeff was a real pleasure to work with. I will use this company in the future.

He came out, checked everything out, and walked me through everything. They seemed reasonable. He seemed to know his business. I felt confident. I would definitely use him if I was going to get my roof fixed, but I decided not to get it fixed because I did not have the money right now for that.

I found Ariat Roofing on Angies' list and went to their web site. I clicked on the get a free estimate button and filled in all the info and sent the request. Within 24 hours I was contacted and appointment was set up for a date and time that was connivent for me. He arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment time. After measuring the roofs on both houses he took the time to explain the different options that were available. I signed the contract and set up the date and time for the job to begin. Again within 10 minutes of the time set, the trucks showed up with full crews that were neat and very professional. They went onto the roofs and started the work of tearing the old roof off and inspecting all the sheeting for bad boards and found several in need of replacement (soft, warped,etc...). The foreman had me come up onto the roof and showed me exactly where the damaged sheeting was. After getting my go ahead they removed all of the bad sheeting, made sure that the trusses were in good shape and re-sheeted the roof. The new materials showed up right on time for the crews to start roofing. I watched all aspects of the process from the felt being installed to the new flashing going on. The crews were very knowledgeable and worked well together. In no time the roofs were finished and both yards were cleaned and a magnet was rolled over the yards and driveways to make sure that no nails were left behind. The entire process was observed by Jay Gray, who was not only the estimator, but the owner. He has a truly professional company, with employees who take true pride in their work. I would highly recommend Ariat Roofing for either new construction, repairs or an entire re-roof.

I called Jay about a leak we had in our roof,he came by that same day to check it out, he found the problem area and gave us a price and a day to do the work, we OK'd both.The day that was set for the repair it was raining, Jay called to say they would try to get to us the next day since we were trying to leave on vacation. Jay and his crew got to our house the next morning and began to remove the cement tile's from the problem area clear to the top of the roof. With the tile's removed they replaced all the tar paper and flashing's in the area and reinstalled the tile's. Jay was on the job the whole time, the crew was very neat and professional, the whole jobesite was spotless when they left. I would use this company again.

Ariat reroofed the house on short notice, for a reasonable price and did a good job.

Jeff was fantastic, very friendly and showed up when he said he would. He promptly analyzed the problem took his ladder placed it against the house , climbed to the roof and did his job. Superior proffessional work and would hire them again.

Jay came out when he said he would and inspected my 20 x10 patio roof and told me things i can do my self to make repairs and didn't try to sell a me a re-roof job. If i ever need any roofing again i will divinely will call Arait roofing,a very honest company to work with---thanks-------- Sam

I promptly received a call back after leaving a message about a small leak in my roof. The next day a rep came out and gave me an estimate and several options on what could be done (short term vs long term) and explained any possible issues that may arise in the future based on what he saw while he inspected my roof. There were no high pressure sales tactics and as soon as I decided on what to do he scheduled an appt to take care of it within the week. They were fast and neat and he even showed me pics of the "before and after" on his phone. I will be sure to recommend Ariat to anyone needing roofing repair.

Jay with Ariat Roofing and his crew showed up on time and did the repairs to our roof. He explained what repairs needed done and how they were going to do them. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

I just like anyone else do not like to waste time with poor follow up. If the Owner doesn't have the time or doesn't want the job, the right answer would be to just say so. Customers prefer the truth.

Contacted Jay the Owner of company in early October, He met with me 2 days later, and explained the work to be performed and also explained how much of a workload he has due to a recent rainstorm. His crew performed the work about 2 weeks later and I was very pleased with the workmanship of the job and the cleanup. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great roofing repair company with outstanding work ethics...
