Came out promptly on the scheduled day and time. Clarified everything they would be doing and . . . they got after it! Very organized, neat and safe while on site. When they were done you could not even tell they had been there. Highly recommend Jay and his crew of professionals!

Out of four companies I got quotes from, their price was the second highest. The salesperson was very down to earth and funny. He and my wife connected. He was getting caught up and said he was about fifteen minutes away from us, in reference to making the allotted time and she asked him what was his problem, why was he on the phone and not here, and she was kidding, so that kind of broke the ice, but he was very personable.

We were told that the crew would arrive between 6;30 and 7:00 a.m. At 6:30 the doorbell rang and 7 men came to start on the roof. They worked so hard that it was hard for us to believe that they could move tile as fast and efficient as they did. The forman Desmando was super nice and would answer any questions that came up. I had to leave a couple of hours after they started on the roof and my car was covered in dust from blowing off the roof from the debris and dirt that had collected over 23 years. I had forgotten something that I needed to take with, and went back into the house. When I came back out of the house one of the worker's had their blower on my car cleaning it off so that I could actually drive. We were impressed at at the kindness of the entire crew. They worked hard and only took a short lunch break and then continued on working until about 3:00 p.m. they cleaned up after themselves, took all of the debris and materials with them in two trucks. The roof looks great and we know that it will last another 20 years or more. We highly reccommend Ariat Roofing for any roof repair or replacement. Jay the owner was very nice and made sure that we were happy, which we were. The crew also repaired a couple of our neighbors roofs after they got done with ours.

Jeff Miller was very professional, one time, and answered all our questions. We knew we needed some tiles repaired and/or replaced. Jeff took pictures and showed us what was wrong. After the repairs, he took "after" pictures and sent them to us. We were very pleased with his performance and would them again.

Proposal was adequate but went with another contractor.

Everything turned out great! Jay the owner was on site and we worked closely with him. The job took about five or six days which was just a little longer than expected due to weather. The crew was all friendly and cleaned up after work each day. They showed up, completed the work, and cleaned up after themselves.

These guys are excellent. The crew really knows their craft, they are on time, they do what they promise and they leave the place spotless. Except for the beautiful new roof, you would never know they had been there.

Jay, the owner, was very helpful. He explained the problem (the felt under the concrete tiles had worn down in several places on the roof on my 23 year old home). He offered my the most practical solution, and his crew came to do teh repairs within a week of the quote. The crew was efficient, and all five of the workers were polite, considerate, cleaned up after the work, and were unobtrusive while they were working. I provided two neighbors with Ariat Roofing's contact information, and was very pleases with the whole process. Thanks, Jay!

The contractor came out, gave a thorough briefing, he measured the roof and everything. He asked permission, he introduced himself, and they were professionally identifiable as Ariat Roof contractors. They went up on the roof, they measured it and then he told me a couple of things when he came down. We looked at the ceilings and it was a great job, I got an education out of that too.

This was my first use of Angie's list and the experience has confirmed to me the value of Angie's list. Jay was professional, honest, and took the time to answer all of my questions (some of which were not directly related to the services he provided). It was a simple job of adjusting some tiles and Jay also checked the rest of the roof. I would trust for for more extensive work in the future.

Jay said he thought I had an A/C problem and to contact my ac guy. I called and sure enough it was a condensation problem caused by the lack of a catch pan.l If I need roof repair or a new roof in the future, I will not hesitate to call ARIAT ROOFING, INC.

We are very pleased with the work. The crew checked for additional possible issues and did more that we expected.

I like everything about them. He was prompt and professional. He made me feel like he knew his business. He did the work on time. He cleaned up afterwards. Since it has rained heavily since he did the work and I don’t have any more leaks, I think he did a good job. It needed more work than I realized and that’s not to say he was overselling me something. I was happy with everything about him on the first visit. I was happy with the price I paid. I think I got my money’s worth.

I called Ariat Roofing because of their excellent reviews in Angie's list. Now , after they have completed their work I think they well deserve their good reputation. Jeff came in the same day that I called, checked the damaged area carefully and game a very reasonable estimate. The work was done professionally, did everything they had outlined in the contract and cleaned up before they left. I couldn't have asked for more.

I had several spots on the eve of my roof that needed inspection. I emailed Jay and he emailed me back very quickly. I set an appointment for him to meet with my wife and he arrived on time. He inspected the roof and informed my wife that there were no leaks and that the eves could be scraped and painted without any future damage. He did not charge us anything. Coincidently, my dad had his roof inspected by one of Jay's employees the next day and was told there was no damage to his roof. I would highly recommend Jay to anyone who is looking for an honest inspection.

The job was perfect. One small problem but was fixed the next morning. This company deserves the great review which it's been getting. GOOD JOB!

I called them multiple times finally got a call back, then no response after that. Then I got sent to another person who specializes in flat roofs and he said he would come out and do an estimate, so I called 4 days later to see how it went he said he would email me that day or the next day. No response. Would never so business with these guys. Horrible service! Still waiting for a response while my roof is still leaking.

These guys were the absolute least expensive of all estimates and they did a great job. However, it seems their low prices and quality service has put them in demand and it while it was easy to schedule a quote it was tougher to get on their schedule to get the roof fixed. When they did come out it unfortunately started raining just as they were finishing up the job, but they needed to come back within the next few months to put a coat of mastic (sp?) on to finish the job. I was able to get them out again within about two weeks which worked out but I had to call to remind them. I get the feeling that they are juggling a whole lot of clients right now. However, if you can stand to wait a couple of weeks to get on to their schedule (i.e.: you're not expecting another huge rain storm to cause major water damage to your house) then definitely go with Ariat Roofing. The quality of their work is top-notch and their prices are so fair that you know you are not being taken to the cleaners (like the other guys tried to do to me -- some quoting me twice as much). For me, there is nothing more important than getting a contractor that does not try to take advantage of you, and Ariat Roofing is the kind of contractor that gives a fair shake and the best price for quality service.

I called Jay and he came the day after the initial call to assess the job. He gave me a time when he would arrive and actually arrived earlier after a phone call which was great for me. He came the very next day to do the work. I would highly recommend Jay and the company. He is very professional, personable and knowledgeable.

Jay promptly returned my call and came to my home within a few hours....he had a crew with him and was able to replace broken tiles and place the rest of the roof tiles to their rightful positions....it took less than a half an hour. He even noticed that our neighbor behind had also been hit by the wind and left me a card so I could notify them about theirs....very professional. I would definitely use Ariat Roofing again if needed.

Came to house for estimate same day I called and made the repairs the next morning. I assume the quality of the repairs is fine but I cannot tell by looking since I cannot go up on the roof and only time will really tell i.e. the roof doesn't leak.

Jay and his crew were always on time, from the initial estimate to cleanup .Removed the old shingles, and tar paper. Placed new asphalt shingles, and added four new roofing vents. The team showed up at 0530 and finished the same day at 1300. The whole experience was great. The roof looks wonderful, and the price was spot on. I would recommend Jay (Ariat Roofing) for all roofing needs.

Came on July 29th and gave me an estimate. Arrived the next morning with his crew. It only took about 30 minutes to make repairs. Well done.
