Terrible customer service made a appontiment for an estimate never showed called him a couple of times says would have it ready on the weekend no call no show.Have to find a more professional service to complete my roofing needs.

This company is very professional and did excellent work! Cleaned everything up very well. We are very pleased with the work that was done. Highly recommend this company!

I'm happy with the service. I did not get an answering machine, I've got live body answering the telephone. I got somebody come out when he said he was coming. A bunch of people said they would come out but they couldn't give me a day or the right time. This guy said he'd be here at 4:42 and he was. He went up on my roof and took 10 maybe minutes, went down and wrote me the estimates. I was impressed.

We contacted Ariat Roofing because we couldn't determine the source for a leak that was damaging out dining room ceiling. My first thought was that the dining room roof vent had sucked in driving rain from several 60mph, horizontal rain storms in the past. Jeff explained the workings of the vent and said the leaks were probably from elsewhere. He examined the roof and figured the leaks were due to defective wall flashings. He checked the entire roof and pointed out damaged and missing tiles. He removed several tiles from the dining room roof and pointed out a couple of substandard installation practices; I realized he was correct based on what I had learned from a previous house in Henderson. I gained complete confidence in Jeff and asked him to schedule repair services and to replace the dining room roof. Jeff was professional and respectful in all his dealings with us. Being a retired couple, we've had experience with many contractors over the years and Jeff was by far the best we've dealt with. His communication skills and job knowledge are solid.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwords.

Because of the Angie's List review we really wanted to use him. I really liked the guy but I had to get this work done. He gave me pointers of what to look for and troubleshoot the problem.

Roofing tiles blew off during a windstorm. Ariat responded quickly and also did a quick inspection of the rest of the roof. The tech provided photos of the damaged area. We elected to have them do roof maintenance as well even though no other problems were evident. Ariat was able to match the tile color and work was completed quickly, with photos showing what was done before payment. We will definitely use them again!

Phoned Jay at Ariat Roofing on Friday 12,27/2013 and left voice message on my leak in corner of kitchen. Jay telephoned that evening and we set an appointment date the next day, Saturday. He arrived at appointment timely and we discussed the problem. Jay was very professional as he explained where the leak was and how it happened and what was going to happen to fix it. We set a date on the following week after agreeing on price. Several hours later Jay telephoned again to inform me that one of his crews had finished early and if I wished, they could complete my roof fix that afternoon. I agreed, and shortly thereafter a 6 man crew was on my roof, and the repair was finished in several hours. Removed tiles, and old tar, felt elc. repaired and swept roof, replaced tiles, flashing around roof pipe, and completely cleaned up site. I am very pleased.

Jay was great . They did a outstanding job. Can't even tell they did any work on the roof. All the tiles they replace , are all straight . I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to work on my home. But these guys no there craft, and they even cleaned up after the job was done. True professionals . Would hire them again in a second.

Had to replace entire roof due to age, and wear and tear over the years. When called Jay for an estimate we made an appointment for two days later. Jay the owner came on time , reviewed the situation, explained throughly what had to be done estimate price, warranty and showed me the choices of singles. His crew came at 6:15 am and was finished completely by 2:00 pm that same day. The workmanship and cleanup was the best FANTASTIC. Would definitely use them again and recommend them HIGHLY.

We called Jay, of Ariat roofing, for an estimate. Since we had found him on Angie's list a few years ago, and he did some work for us then, we knew him and knew he did great work. He came out, checked the patio roof and told us what needed to be done. He emailed us an estimate,which we accepted. We set a date for the work. He and his great crew arrived right on time and got to work. His crew is amazing! They are efficient and courteous! I like a lot about Ariat's work. What stands out in my mind is their efficiency and neatness. Before they left, they cleaned the yard of old roofing and all the little pieces, too. They stacked some extra tiles in a good unobtrusive spot, which we discussed before they did it. The roof looks good and it won't leak anymore! Jay went over all that they had done for our okay before they left. He is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will call Ariat again, if needed.

After calling and leaving a message, Jay called back promptly and was out the next day to look at my job. Jay showed up as scheduled and was very professional. He looked at the job, offered his advice and gave me a price before he left. I like not having to wait for a bid, and appreciated his detailed explanation of what he felt needed to be done.

Exceeded my expectations! Quick response to give estimate and complete repairs. I felt repair cost was more than reasonable for the amount and quality of work performed. Jay Gray was very professional and great to work with. Kept me informed every step of the way. Explained exactly what repairs were needed and how they would be completed. He was on-site to oversee completion of the repairs. Appointments were kept on time. Jay's team worked fast, competently, and cleaned up ALL debris when finished. I would strongly recommend Ariat Roofing to everyone.

Short review: Ariat Roofing is the best! Jeff was quick to respond, on time, professional and very easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone that has an issue with their roof, large or small. Jeff treated our roof like it was his roof. Now the details: We had a piece of metal(turns out that it was the T-cap) that fell off the roof one windy day and that got my husband and me thinking as to what else could be going on with the roof as we certainly did not want to wait until we deveolped a leak to find out. However, we were nervous because we were well aware that one small repair could turn into a larger repair whether we needed or not and how were we going to know unless we got up on the roof(not an option as we are both terrified of heights) with a roofer as they were working up an estimate? We decided to try Angie's List for the first time and we found Ariat Roofing. Still cautious I called and Jeff came right out. He told me that the piece of metal that flew off was the T-cap and asked how old the roof was and would I like him to take a look at the whole roof to see if there were any other issues going on. I thought "ok here we go, he's going to tell me we need a lot of work and it's going to be expensive." Holding my breath, I waited until he came down from the roof to tell me what was needed. When he mentioned that some of our tiles needed to be replaced in the front of the house, he told me that he couldn't get an exact match(due to the age of the roof tiles and weathering) but he would take the tiles from the back of the house to use and then put the new tiles in the back where it wouldn't show. Then he told me how much it was going to run and I was pleasantly surprised, but still cautious. But Jeff assured me that that was the price and there was not going to be any unexpected charges. A written proposal arrived via e-mail a few hours later with an offer to start work the next day-Friday. We weren't going to be home so we scheduled work for the following Tuesday. Monday morning Jeff called and said that rain was predicted later on in the week and would I mind if he moved us up to today. He said that they would be there around 11am but would call when they were on their way. Sure enough, Jeff called at 10:20 and told me they were on their way. Jeff and his crew arrived right on time and got to work. After the work was complete and before the check was cut, Jeff and I did a walk around and he showed me what they had done. They did a great job! We would definintely call them again with no hesitation. Update: January 2014. My wife wrote the above review. We had just purchased a new (resale) home. The home is 7 years old, but the house inspection identified a few relatively minor issues with the roof on this home. There was no question about who we would call to do the repairs, Jeff from Ariat Roofing, based on the wonderful work done in November 2013! Jeff was just as cheerful and upbeat as he was the first time, came out and reviewed the inspection report, but only after looking at the roof himself. A few weeks later, he was out with a crew to do the work that was needed, and did a great job yet again on our new place. We can't recommend Ariat, and Jeff in particular, enough!

They were wonderful, timely, and professional. The clean up was very very good. It looks beautiful. We are still waiting on wind and rain to test it out, but I was very pleased with them.

Went very well. Crew showed up exactly on time and were very professional. Replaced patio roof as explained above. This company gave the best estimate of three estimates and I felt the work was extremely well done. Jeff checked site after crew left to ensure that it was done properly and that no nails or debris were left behind. He took pictures of roof so we could see the excellent job they did.

He was punctual and took off his shoes before he entered the house. I showed him the wall and he went outside and did a thorough inspection of the roof. He came back and showed me photos he had taken while up on the roof which was very helpful. He stated the roof looked fine and said the leak might be from the air conditioning unit (which it did turn out to be). He didn't charge me anything for inspecting the roof and and was so pleasant I wouldn't hesitate to use this company in the future.
