This company was very professional. Clean up was great and they were in and out in one day. I would DEFINATELY recommend this company.

Ariat roofing did an outstanding job for reasonable price. Jay was on the job supervising and inspecting and was immediately responsive to my calls. He is personable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

Jay originally called me on the phone before we set an appt and asked me if I had a certain type of tile. I thought all tile was the same so said 'sure, I have that tile'. Hey, I'm from chicago. Jay arrived on time and right away told me I had a different type of tile that is no longer made, but he gave a referrel for another roofing company I should use. Turns out not all tile is the same....oops... Jay spent a few minutes explaining the types of tiles and was kind enough to give me some information on when a full replacement would be needed, etc.. I would recommend this company to everyone and would use them in the future when a full replacement would be needed.

Jay, the company owner transferred me over to his estimator Jeff, a great and knowledgeable person that showed up in our house that same evening, since we had requested an ASAP visit, after explaining and discussing a few issues, we agreed on an estimate to be sent to us via e-mail, and he did so it was totally clear in detail. On the scheduled day they started to show up and prepare things up way before 6:00AM; I believe their company name should be something like ?The Roofing Factory? since everyone, with no exception, is like a factory specialized employee and also waste no time trying to beat the harsh weather, my respects to them. Jeff explained us what they had done and mentioned to us about their total warranty. If you, the reader, are in the same situation we were and need to find a good roofing contractor your search is over, give them a call, Jeff is the man to call. Price was the best after Angie's 10% discount, already stipulated on the estimated

Great service, fast and friendly. They even came back and replaced shingles blown away that were not part of their original work done. Will definitely use them again.

They were good. They did it very quickly. They did what they promised they would do. Overall they did a good job. They even gave me a 10% Angie’s List discount and although they were not the lowest bid I had, they were worth it. I am very happy with them. They did a good clean-up afterwards and it all looked nice.

I purchased a new home and it had some missing, cracked and broken tiles and debris in the valleys of the roof. Jeff gave me an estimate for $600, but I booked it without checking other prices because he really seemed thorough and knowledgeable. I did have another company show up to give me an estimate after Jeff left and they wanted $1500 for the same service. They arrived on time and performed the work in a timely manner. They were thorough and clean--no mess left behind.

Jay told me what time the crew would be here to repair the roof, they came on time, did a fabulous job & left. You couldn't tell the guys had even been here other than the roof is obviously in much better shape than it was when they started. I will be sure to refer everyone to them. Jay even gave me the 10% for Angie's list coupon without me remembering to print it off. Thank you guys!

They showed up on time & completed the entire job in about 6-7 hours. They used quality shingles (I researched them online), they left the property cleaner than before they got there, and they did the entire job for less than the insurance estimate. Outstanding service and highly recommend!

He was very honest. I had other quotations and he explained the quotations to me on what exactly my roof needs. The other was quoting me a higher price and practically almost the same plus extra work that is not needed. He said I really don't need to and the only time I need to worry is when the roof is leaking into the house but I didn't have any leak in the house. I just wanted to have the broken tile fixed. Their price is reasonable.

jay and his crew showed up at 6:am as promised. park thier dumpster in our driveway and went to work . they stripped three layers of old shingles in less then 2 hours.the crew never stopped work until lunch break at 10:30. all my questions about what they would do next was answered and fullfilled. they cleaned all of their debris frome the roof. the job was finished in just under 8 hrs. jay returned soon after and made a final check and spent time to make shure the job met my exspectations. on a final note. if you want a company that is down to earth and listens to you. this is the one to hire.

It was so awesome. They were so nice. From the assessment to the way the team worked, they were like a well-oiled machine. It was amazing, and they cleaned up afterward. I have nothing negative to say about them whatsoever.

89104Ariat Roofing had to strip off several layers of an old shack style roof. Which left just slates on my roof. they then put all new plywood up and repaired or replaced several pieces of trim. They then put on the new roofing materials. Looks wonderful. They arrived on time and left everything better than when they got there. Thanks Jay! I will happily recommend you to my friends and family.

Jeff could have easily lied about the condition of the roof just to get $$ now, but instead had integrity and told me the roof was in fairly good shape for its age. The maintenance work was done and area cleaned, better than it originally appeared. Jeff continued with excellent customer service and outstanding communication. After I paid the invoice I had my patio cover disassembled and suspected roof damage to an "eyebrow" roof previously inaccessible due to the patio cover during the original roof inspection. I emailed Jeff and he responded the following day, coming over to inspect it for any damage or age related issues. Mind you, this is after he had my money. Again, Jeff was the ultimate professional. I can't recommend this company more highly. Excellent work, excellent customer service, excellent and prompt communication, and integrity. Thank you, Jeff.

I had a problem with our patio roof that was a basic design flaw that probably existed from when the house was first built and they decided for whatever reason to leave a approx 12' x 12' portion at the corner of the patio uncovered without any roof. It must have been an afterthought because there was no consideration for water runoff and no overhang, so the water in that area would stream down the roof and just roll off and straight down the wall seeping into the window underneath (and eventually the french doors that we replaced it with.} Not good. The sun and weather already had taken its toll on the one wall and other set of french doors in the corner. Not to mention that facing west that area got full afternoon sun heating up the rooms in that corner. I contacted 3 of the top rated companies for my area through Angie's list. Ariat was the first to respond and Jeff was out first thing the next day. A nice guy, he looked over the situation and seemed baffled as far as what should be done. He said he would talk it over with somebody else at the company to see what they thought. I never heard from Jeff or anyone from Ariat ever again. Luckily I had contacted 3 companies for estimates.

Excellence workmanship by the roofers. Excellence communication skills by the project manager. He made sure I understood what was happening and my options. We lost communication during the review of the estimate but that was resolved by me asking for a status check. I think I misspelled my email for him. I would recommend them since I had zero issues with the project.

They arrived early after first calling and obtaining my approval to do so. The crew of five or six was quite professional and worked efficiently. The entire job was completed in a little over one hour. Photos were taken showing the details of the work done. The work exceeded my expectations. I felt I was treated fairly and courteously. I will definitely use Ariat Roofing in the future.

The job well extremely well. I have a small 1000 sq/ft home and the entire job was completed in one day. The job has the look of a professional installation. The clean up was immaculate with no trace of any debris or old roofing nails. I was working that day so after my jobs I drove to the house in the late afternoon to se their progress and I was amazed to see the job done and everyone gone. I am extremely pleased with Ariat roofing services.

They were great, fine. We had initially talked to them in December and they came out to do an estimate. They said they were going to mail the estimate to me, but I never got a written estimate. So I ended up calling them again asking about the estimate. I dropped their grades for responsiveness and punctuality because of that.

Gray came out on Monday at the scheduled time. We asks for his suggestions. Our roof was 30 years old. Gray suggested that we have lighter colored tiles to reflect a little of the sun and that we add new flat style air vents to the house and garage. He gave us an estimate for cost and a time was arranged for 3 days later (Thurs. 6:30 AM) . Monday evening Gray called and confirmed the cost and received our ok (we were paying for it, not though insurance.) 6:30 AM almost on the dot the crew arrived . Ladders up, traps down, and work began. They stripped old tiles off, cut vent holes, lined and retiled roof, cleaned up (vacuumed). Every thing was returned to the original spot and the yard was even cleaner then to begin with. At 3:30 PM the crew boss came to the door and told us they were done. The Gray and the crew were friendly and efficient. ^

The crew was prompt and professional. They cleaned up all debris and hauled it away. The job was completed in about 3 hours and Jay came out twice to check the progress the progress of his crew. My next door neighbor as so impressed, that he begged me for Ariat's phone number. I definitely need additional work done on the rest of my roof (it's the original roof of a 1980's house), and Jay gave me a very fair estimate for that as well. I positively will call them when I'm able to have that taken care of. These guys are GREAT!

Jay was really helpful and professional. As it turned out, our job was not within his scope, but he took the time to explain the problem, and to connect us to someone who could potentially help us. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I had a roofing problem
