Everything went GREAT!!! I had finally decided to go Solar and get it in before the end of the year for tax reasons. On 12/3, about a week before the solar install was to begin I noticed water stains on the ceiling in one of my rooms. The leak wasn't in the area the solar was going but I was concerned if one leak started, more were possibly on the way. My tile roof is about 20 years old. I decided I wanted to re-roof the area where the solar was going to insure my roof would be in good shape for the next 20 years or so! 12/4 Researched roofers online and after reading the reviews for Ariat Roofing, I called and spoke with Jay. He came to my home 12/5 and reviewed what I needed and my time constraints about the Solar. He said he'd figure a price and get back to me and to delay the solar job until appx 12/17-18. I spoke with him later that night and he gave me a price and said he'd work my job in the schedule as best he could with the other jobs he had AND rain forecast. He said his team could do it all in one day. I had the solar company delay the job and prayed for no more rain!!! Yesterday, 12/15 Jay's crew was at my home about 6:30 AM ready to begin. All the guys on his crew were GREAT! They got to work as soon as the dew dried off a bit on the tiles (safety first!!!), completed the work, cleaned up everything as if they'd never been here. The job was done. Jay came by and picked up his check and left me with a copy of the roofing contract and warranty. I'm so very pleased I chose Ariat Roofing and Jay to do this job. As of today, 12/16 my Solar company has already begun the install and will return tomorrow. Hopefully all will be done before the week is out! Hopefully the weather will cooperate. Thanks again to Jay and Ariat Roofing for a job well done!!!

Great. Jay is a true professional. He took the time to explain every aspect of the job from start to finish. His customer service skills are impeccable, his staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

After some back and forth about the date for the work to take place, we settled on a time/day about 10 days after we agreed to move forward. Jay arrive 15 minutes early, discussed the project and how long it would take and even took the time to get to know our dogs. That earned some bonus points with the wife. We chatted for a bit and he is very personable guy. His guys got to work promptly at 7 am and worked through the morning, until complete. Today is 11/17 and we have not had any problems with the work done by Ariat. Several rain storms have come thru and not a single leak! Great job by these guys....I would certainly recommend them for any roofing needs.

I contacted Ariat Roofing on Wed. They scheduled an appraisal for the next day. The appraiser arrived on schedule and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He informed me of the repairs that would be necessary, and the cost. I agreed, and he said that he would get back to me, as to when the work could be done. I received a call from him that afternoon saying they could have a crew there on Saturday morning. I agreed and the crew was there on time and with all the equipment, materials manpower they required. They said that they could complete all the work that day. They started at 06:45 and were finished bu 4:00 PM. this included the removal of all trash and doing an excellent job of cleaning up. In fact, the area around my place was cleaner than when they started. From my first call 'til the completion of the job was professional. Every step was done on time and correctly.

Jay and his crew arrived on time on Thursday morning. They removed all the old tiles, repaired damaged areas and installed the underlay on the first day. Jay stated that it would take 2 days to complete but they were finished by 12:30 on Friday. They cleaned up all their debris each day and used blowers to remove all the dirt and dust. As a courtesy they also cleaned off accumulated dirt and pine needles from my patio roof. They even removed tree trimmings, that I had just cut down, from my back yard. I hope I won't need a roofing service again for a while but if when do, I will call Ariat Roofing.

Only one word covers it - PERFECTION. Ariat Roofing is TOP NOTCH. One will not witness a fine tuned business such as Ariat very often, from the owner to his crew. Thank God for Angie's List, that we found this roofing company.

They were very professional and prompt with the estimate. I was budgeting $8-10,000. Total was $6100, minus Angie's List discount. Arrived on time and had the whole job completed in about 8 hours. Was kept up to date through the day as to what was going on and damage found. All debris was hauled away and the yard was cleaner than when they got here. I've gotten a lot of complements on how nice the roof looks.

The provider was on time, honest in the evaluation of the issues and delivered what he promised. This is one of best businesses we have worked with in Las Vegas.

Jeff came out the same day we called to give us an estimate and then by the end of the week had removed all the rotted fascia and rake boards & removed all tiles needed to do the repair. Reinstalled fascia board and board trim and put back all tiles. Jeff was very personable and performed all tasks needed for the repair. Very reliable, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Would definitely use Jeff for any of our roofing needs. Outstanding job from start to finish.

Everything went great!! The work was completed while I was at work and except for the completed work, there was no sign they had even been there when I returned home. All of the old roofing tiles and debris had been cleaned up and taken away. Also, due to my work schedule and their need to end their work day relatively early in the afternoon due to the summer heat, all of my transactions with them (through Jay) were handled via phone calls and emails. Jay took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The new patio roof looks great and I will definitely use Ariat roofing again in the future.

An entire team of workers arrived as scheduled in the morning to re-roof my house. They covered the drop areas on the ground beneath the roof and then removed the 2 layers of shingles which were dumped into the large container they provided. Also removed the old rolled roofing from my flat roof. New underlayment and shingles were installed. The job was finished the next day by noon. The area around the house was left cleaner then what it was before they started. The contractor was punctual, courteous and responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend Ariat Roofing and use them again in the future.

Everything was fine. They customer service was good. They were quick and reliable. They cleaned up. No complaints. The price was fair. I would call them about again.

Jay is the epitome of a true professional. He is prompt, always returns calls, and is on the job when he says he will be. No delays or excuses. He was extremely accommodating working with our situation since he would be paid out of the escrow account and was ok with waiting until the loan closed to be paid. He genuinely cared about the quality of his work and also in providing us with a solid roof on our new home so we wouldn't have any worries or concerns. The job was neat, and his crew was awesome down to the little details. He took the initiative to even streamline the look of the roof for us and that was at his own cost and time. I would recommend him in a heartbeat and I know my realtors were also very impressed with him. He is very personable and you feel like you have made a friend in Jay. I am satisfied with the job they completed. Four people came out and it took them about fifteen minutes. I was shocked it did not take them long to complete it. I would say they came out quickly and I appreciated that. I have others tell me they have competitive prices.

Fast professional and knowledgeable contractor. Went a step further to apply adhesive to all top row tiles. The little extras that left me thinking this is who I will call again.

Arrived at 6:50AM and were gone by with complete cleanup of surrounding area by @ 10:15AM. Replaced all west side shingles with 30 year 110MPH shingles. Provided a "dumpster" style truck. Not only did they replace the West side, but they found some bad east side shingles and replaced them also at NO EXTRA charge! Jay called later (early evening) thanked me for my business and asked how everything went. Just a pleasure to deal with and top-notch professional service!

They were done in 4 hours. They striped my old roof, put on a new roof with all new vents and they were excellent and professional.

After the heavy rains last year, it became apparent that I needed to get serious about replacing our old roof. I got four estimates, all from providers on Angie's list. Ariat's was not the least expensive or most expensive, but had the best value. I had researched how a roof of this kind should be done and Ariat met the requirements. They also gave me a 10% Angies List discount. Jay was very responsive and helpful. It was initially scheduled as a 2-day job but he was able to round up his crews to get it done on one day. They were very professional and seemed to work like a well-oiled machine. Jay was present during the install They cleaned up as promised. The roof looks beautiful and it was a very pleasant experience.

Jeff was awesome!!! I will recommend Ariat roofing to anyone and everyone that needs ANY roof work done. I am very particular about who I let do work on my home and I am also very price conscious. I did my homework and got a couple different bids but these guys blew the competition away. There is a reason why they are rated so high on AL. I am also a Realtor here in Las Vegas and am very picky about who I refer to my clients. I would not think twice about recommending Ariat to ALL of my clients for their roofing needs. They arrived right on time with a crew of guys and got to work immediately. They completed everything as stated in their bid and it looked amazing when they were done. It only took about two hours but they had about 6 or 7 guys working on different parts of the roof. I'm sure another company would have taken all day to do what these guy did in 2 hours. Their work was guaranteed with a 2 year warranty and Jeff didn't hesitate to let me know if I had any other cracked or broken tiles down the road that weren't even associated with the work they did he would be happy to take care of it for free. I rarely write reviews for work I have completed because most of the time it's just average work and average service but with these guys I just had to let everyone know that they lived up to all of my expectations. No need to look any further...just give them a call and you're done!!!

Jay came to my house the day he said he would to take a look at my roof. The ridge cap had fallen off due to high winds and the tree branches hitting the roof. He called as promised with the cost of the repair. We set up an appointment, he came as scheduled and the work was completed in no time. He even took away the broken tiles that I had left at the side of my house.

They did a real good job and my roof looks great!

We contacted Ariat Roofing after reading reviews on Angies list. They came out very quickly to do the estimate. There estimate was two thousand dollars under Home Depots estimate. They arrived on the scheduled day to do the roofing with a large well trained crew. It took them a little under 5 hours to complete the job and the roof looks fantastic. Another fact about Ariat is that they would not take money up front for the job. It was the most pleasent and best home repair we have ever had done. I will strongly reccomend them to anyone who needs roofing done.

It was great. Excellent repair. Workers were professional and competent. Completely redid flat portion of roof. Would definitely recommend this company
