Aquascape did an outstanding job, they promised to be complete by July 4th and, it was , we had our party & our guests enjoyed everything, we will be having lots of party's for many years to come. Highly Recommended! The Grey Family

This company came very highly rated from a friend, but failed to live up to our expectations. We experienced many delays during the construction and the installation of our equipment. We later discovered that our swimming pool ozone generator was not installed correctly and was missing a hose. Following three months of excuses and still no hose, I filed a complaint with Angie's List. Within a week the hose was installed. Thank You Angie's List!

"When we ordered the Ozone unit it came without the hose, we contacted the Ozone company to send out a replacement hose, they sent us the wrong hose connection, we repeatedly contacted the manufacture several times to get the correct hose fitting, it was finally sent three months later, this caused delays in the construction process, I called the member on several occasions to keep him up to date, I can understand his frustrations however these delays were not caused by my company but by the manufacture. The day I received the correct hose it was installed the next day, to my surprise I received a complaint letter from Angie's List three days later, so before I was notified by Angie's List the problem was solved. Angie's List had nothing to do with solving this customer complaint!"
