Very pleased with customer service and installation team, did a great job, looks great, they were very informative and helpful witht the layout of it, all went very smoothly, fast and looks great.

They seemed pretty fine.  The estimator who came in seemed to be really professional, he gave us a really good estimate.  The crew that came in, they worked timely and they got the work done, and almost a year later now and it was what we expected it to be, so it was fine.  It was probably more close to mid August it was done for us because we had actually acquired this property and it had a pool, the only thing is I wanted that fence to make sure the children had safety enclosed.  It was a window of time before the kids had school so it was somewhere around that time.  Price point was probably a premium, honestly, simply because I priced them again but at the time we went by Angie's List and we said, well okay that's fine, but if I compare what there pricing is today, now that I'm aware of what the market is, I'd say we probably paid more than market.  Other than that, they delivered on their product and they seemed to be fine.  I just remember the price was up there.  If I looked at the price compared to market, it was probably a little bit more.  They seemed to be fine in their responsiveness.  They were definitely punctual.

AMAZING! We were in a bind and needed a barrier fence fast. We didn't have a lot of time to shop around so I went to Angie's list and found Aqua-Safe. I called very early in the morning, left a message and got a call back within an hour. They were so accommodating and came out to estimate our job that morning. Maybe the stars were aligned. They gave us a quote that seemed reasonable and scheduled us for installation the very next day. Great communication, excellent work and best of all it exceeded our expectations. We have another home that we will be adding a barrier fence to and WILL DEFINITELY use Aqua-Safe .

ALMOST A PERFECT A:
Mr. Ron showed up on time and gave us an estimate - he was not pushy and offered several alternatives on how to place the fence. His crew arrived on time and installed the fence exactly as promised. They were very professional and cleaned up the area afterwards. We are very happy with the whole experience except our request to receive a receipt for the services rendered has not been answered. It has been three weeks and we are still waiting to get a receipt. Otherwise, this is an excellent company.

Ron was extremely professional with his estimate and offered several different ways of completing the pool fence.  He was on time and provided great suggestions.  After signing the contract we picked a date.  His crew was on time and completed the project in 3 hours.  I was impressed that he didn't even ask for a down payment.  Several options for colors, height and posts.  He also provided caps for the deck holes if the fence was down.  I was totally impressed and just wish I had it installed before my dog drowned.

Everything went great.  Price was about what I expected to pay for the high quality safety fence we got.  It looks good and is fully and pretty easily removable if we should ever want to remove it.  Gate is self locking even with almost no momentum.  Staff was on time for bidding process and installation and did a quick and thorough job with installation.  They weren't even there for more than 2 hours.  Very happy with entire process, and after almost a year fence is still looking good and working as planned.

Looks fantastic! Price is steep but how can I put a price tag on my children's lives and quality workmanship and materials?

They did an amazing job. It was a little bit more expensive than others we got quotes from but it was worth it. I've heard horror stories from friends that went the cheaper route. The guy that comes to give you an estimate is extremely nice and professional. The actual workers that come to install the fence weren't as professional but they did a great job so no complaints. I would have no problem recommending this company to others.

No issues yet!  The pool fence is sturdy and as attractive as you can hope for in a fence that essentially cuts your backyard in half.  So far, it has kept our toddler safe from the pool, which makes in invaluable to us!

Ron came to our home, provided photos and samples to chose from. Gave us a comparable estimate to another estimate we received, but we felt more comfortable with Aqua Safe based on there great reviews on Angie's List. Came the next day and the installers had it done in less than 3 hours. They cleaned up and were very efficient. I even tipped the installers.

I was unable to find a trusted company who would install a fence around our pool since we live about 2 hours from Las Vegas. I found Aqua Safe from looking on Angie's List and called Ron and had an awesome experience! He was not only responsive to my phone calls, but his price beat the other company who I had talked to and rather than waiting the 3 weeks that the other company needed he was able to install the fence in three days! I was more than thrilled! Now I can sleep at night without worrying my children will get in the pool without my permission and supervision.

They were very good, did the work quickly, they cleaned up after themselves, and they explained (and left instructions) how to take down the fence if I need to.

Ron and his crew were excellent. They replaced my pool cover and it now works better than ever. They did exactly what they promised in a very timely fashion. They scheduled me just in time for my cover to arrive and installed it the next day. Very professional service!

Had a great experience and would recommend Ron and Aqua-Safe.  Ron was punctual and provided a fair estimate as well as did a thorough job explaining the different products and options.  The installation crew was also on time and did a good job getting the fence installed for our upcoming inspection.

Aqua-Safe did a great job.  I called, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.  We have an odd shaped pool, but it didn't cause any problems in the installation.  They were done in a couple of hours with no issues.

Arrived on time, explained product and gave estimate.  The installation crew arrived on time and quickly and professionally did the







installation.  

They put the cover back on the track.  They informed me the problem is related to sun damage causing the cover to deform.  Later they came back and installed a new cover that works great.

We are new to the Las Vegas area and just bought a house with a pool.  We knew we needed a fence for my small children.  We found Aqua Safe on Angie's List and gave them a call.  Ron came the next day and gave us an estimate.  He was professional and knew his product.  He gave us advice as to what color of mesh to choose and design.  All of the materials were in stock and they came out to install two days later.  (they could have come next day but we had a house full of movers and decided to wait an extra day).  The crew was fast and did a great job.  Our fence looks great and most importantly provides me with a peace of mind with my small children running in the backyard.  Would highly recommend!

Great job, timely. A bit higher in price than some others but the professionalism and quality of materials paid off.

There were two guys that showed up to do the job, and both were very professional.















These fences come in a variety of colors; when I didn't like the way the top of the railings looked (they were in a different color than the post), they installed caps to match the tops to the posts and gave me extras in case I ever needed them.















After the fence was installed, A-S also talked us through proper handling of the fence to extend it's life. 















We had a question about a week later, and A-S came out free of charge to take a look at the fence and answer our question.  















We are in the process of moving to a new house, and have asked A-S to come out to the new place and advise us on our options, so obviously we would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were great.  They were very responsive.
