I am an 18 year appraisal veteran who's qualified to perform all residential appraisals from Single Family Residences to Multi-Family, up to four units. Appraise LV provides FHA Appraisals (approved on the FHA Roster), Pre Funding Valuation, Estate-Trust (retro-active to date-of-passing) appraisals, loss mitigation, field appraisals and desk review appraisals, bare land valuation, REO appraisals, relocation and divorce, foreclosure and bankruptcy appraisals, Probate, Estate Planning and Date of Death appraisals. Clients range from numerous Appraisal Management Companies (AMC's) to Direct Lenders to attorneys, individual home owners and trust owners. I am also a licensed Realtor.
