I called in the morning about my ice maker not working on my 20 year old Kenmore side by side and Appliance RX sent Caesar out later in the day. I've been using ice trays for 6 months and had had enough. Caesar and is assistant diagnosed the problem and were able to install a new ice maker the following morning. The system works like new and was less cost than I was expecting. Appliance Rx did an outstanding job and I'll use them again. JR

Everything went great. We were very concerned that we would have to buy a new refrigerator but Cesar was able to fix it for us. The refrigerator is 15 years old. We have used Appliance Rx several times before and every time we were very happy. One time, liquid detergent leaked down from the cabinet above the clothes dryer(what a fluke) and went into the dryer through the lint filter. The inside of the dryer was filled with detergent. We thought we would have to buy a new dryer. Caesar came out and took the dryer apart and got all the liquid detergent cleaned out. What a messy job that was. That was eight months ago and it is still working fine. We would highly recommend Appliance Rx and we have with great results.

I called them for an appointment and they were very responsive. My ice maker was not working. When Ceasar got to my home he looked at the refrigerator temp and knew right away that something was wrong. He looked at the freezer and then opened up the motor for the refrigerator. It was completely iced over and I didn't even know something was wrong with it. He defrosted the motor and ordered the necessary parts. In a few days he came back and installed everything. The refrigerator worked for a few days and then I started having problems again with the refrigerator temp. He came back and it was frozen again. He ordered another part, replaced it once it came in and did not charge me any further than what I paid in the beginning visit. It was a little harder to schedule an appointment for the secon time and I had to keep following up because Malou kept saying she would call me but never did. Other than that I was happy with their service!
