Appliance Repair Las Vegas

Initial repair was completed early afternoon on the 16th. Technician said work was complete and there were no other issues. The temperatures for both compartments were way above settings, 34 degrees and 49 degrees for freezer and refrigerator section respectively. We called dispatch at Appliance Repair Services Las Vegas to let them know of ongoing problem. Technician didn t return until 9 pm that evening to check on unit. He said refrigerator evaporator needed to be changed and Freon added. But, would not be able to get price until Monday after he talked to dispatcher Saturday morning. Dispatcher said on Saturday morning he never heard from technician about remaining issues. Dispatcher said we would get price on Monday, today. Have not heard from him as of now. Don t trust this company to come back to confirm if the unit is ok or need more repairs. At this time unit is holding both compartments at proper temps. Why wasn t a total diagnosis provided during the first service call? Communication with a non English speaking technician made understanding by both parties very difficult, almost impossible. Why was the invoice from a different company thank Appliance Repairs LV?
