Anthony Ryan diagnosed my oven as needing a new control board and he ordered one for $281+. When it came in, he installed it in about 30-45 minutes. He said he tested it. I paid him $275 for the labor, and when he left, I tried it and it still did not heat. I have inundated his vm trying to get him to respond and complete the job. He does not call me. I am scheduled for my home inspection, which I told him about, and needed him to do the repair before then with NO response. I have paid him $556+ for an oven repair that did not correct the problem. I have tried to reach the office but can find NO PHONE for them. was supposed to receive an invoice for this, but have not been able to get one. I need this. Anthony gave such a nice appearance originally, but after I paid him, I could never get ahold of him again. This has been very hard on me. I am a disabled senior woman and needed him to finish the job he was paid for, as I am selling my home. I have been advised to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I guess I will need to do so if my oven is not fixed.

Did not follow through with the job after I paid him a $200.00 deposit, tried to use used parts then he cut off communication after I asked him to finish the job on my timeline. I have not seem my new parts or the cash returned as promised.

I hired Anthony Ryan from appliance repair elites. When he left the work look completed. However that evening my cabinet had water all in it. I spoke with Mr Anthony he stated that he would buy a new faucet and install it. Later he stated the faucet cost too much he could not do that. His answer was take off the faucet and just be without a kitchen faucet until I return that faucet. I have been trying to get in touch with Mr Anthony no response back. I would like to receive my $125 back. I try emailing him numerous of times no response. Also I text him images of the leak in my cabinet. .

Would never hire them again!! Owner showed up in not professional, no company name on any vehicle. Unfortunately I paid him when his partner put in a new compressor, 650.00! Next day still not working. Partner came back said it needed refrigerant? Did I really need a new compressor?? I asked him to put in said refrigerant & he didnâ t have it in his new hummer. Was going to come back 2 days, never showed, called again oh sorry, he was sick, he finally came today, now waiting to see if it gets cold!!! Oh yes check was issued on 7-17, cashed 7-18!!!!!

I hired Appliance Repair Elite and worked with Anthony Ryan, if you hire him to do a job, do not pay him unless he has completed the job, because he never comes back to finish it if he leaves the house. He keeps telling you a date to come and he never comes. I was offered a $200.00 refund and no one showed up to give me the $200.00. Everytime we call them they always have an excuse and never show up.

Anthony did a good job, was pleasant, on time and I'd hire him again in a minute.
