Did not use. The owner was very helpful and honest. He suggested that we purchase an inexpensive small part in order for us to fix the dryer door latch ourselves, which we did. Very nice man. Would call him again.

When I bought my house 6 months ago, I knew I would have to get a new AC system, as the existing unit wasn't functional. All Pro Services was one of four providers from whom I received an estimate, and gave me the best price by far. I asked each company to provide estimates for the base model, mid-range, and top-of-the-line systems; of the similarly configured mid-range units, the estimates ranged from $6,800 to nearly $10,000. All Pro's quote included removal of the existing compressor and air handler system, installation of a Trane XR-15 heat pump, a new air handler, and a new thermostat. Oddly, though, All Pro didn't run the new thermostat wire, but told me I would need to have an electrician install new wire. I was also told I would need to upgrade the electrical lines, from the existing 30A to a 50A service, to handle the 5kW heater.
All Pro was ready to install the new system almost as soon as payment was received, which was terrific. The installation team arrived in the morning, and immediately set to work removing the old system and installing the new version. I found the technicians to be very informative, and quite polite. The installation took all day to complete, but I'm satisfied that they did a good job. Although the technicians left a few small, sharp, pieces of sheet metal on the floor they generally did a good job of cleaning up afterward, and even left me with a case of filters for the air handlers (I'm not sure if this is standard, but thought it was an nice touch).
Overall I'm very happy with my new unit, and with All Pro's services, but am a little unhappy with a miscommunication surrounding the new electrical line. I had my electrician run the new 50A line from the service panel, to the compressor. However, on the day of installation the technicians told me the new line should have been run to the air handler, instead of the compressor outside. In hindsight, communication could have been better in this regard. I bear some of the blame for this issue, though, and ought to have insisted on a detailed, itemized list of the necessary upgrades, which would have better guided my electrician. Thankfully, this issue was relatively minor, though, and the technicians were able to correct the problem without much trouble.
