Our experience with Apex was an A+ in every way. Finding a reliable, professional repair person or contractor in Vegas can be an ordeal. From start to finish Apex was exceptional: -Easy to communicate with and schedule an appointment - Punctual, Song actually finished his prior appointment early and called to see if we would like him to come by early -Diligent and meticulous, Song took his time carefully diagnosing the problem with our Samsung Washer -HONEST, based on the age of our washer and the issue, Song recommended replacing it rather than trying to sell us a costly repair -Price, VERY reasonable for the amount of time he spent in our home. We almost felt like he undercharged us. I won’t hesitate to call Apex for any future appliance repairs.

He fixed the problem and gave us a 30 day guarantee if the problem came returned. He was friendly and resolved the problem quickly. I would hire him again if we have any other appliance problems.

The technician came on time as promised He was very professional Found the issue within 10 minutes He explained to me that he needed to order a part and that would be done that day Called me and told me the part was ordered and kept in contact with me when he could come back and fix the problem He came back two days later with the part and fixed the problem in less than an hour I can't say enough about Song the technician He was fantastic! After having other companies come in and not know how to do their job, be very short, talk to you like a child. It was very refreshing to have someone come in and act the way he did I will definitely be using this service for everything
