Animals were well cared for and came home healthy and happy!

Seemed to go well for him, & they said he was well behaved with no issues. He seemed to be happy when picked up, and he would not have been had he not have been paid attention to. Will definitely use their services again when needed.

I had used them before years ago. I went with them because they have both indoor and outdoor kennels. Their pricing is equivalent to the competitors.

No problems. They took detailed information at time of check in. Staff were friendly, caring and courteous and seemed to enjoy interacting with pets. The area where pets are housed was noisy, which is to be expected. Our dog had never been left more than one day in boarding and so this was a first for her. When we picked her up she was clean and behavior was fine. She was glad to be back with us and seemed relieved, again to be expected. She did drink a lot the first day back and not sure why that was as she was going to the bathroom fine. All in all I am sure it was stressful for her since this was a first for her and done after a 1200 mile car ride. Overall we were pleased with the service at Animal Inn, had no complaints and would use them again. Additionally, they are very conveniently located a few blocks off the strip. The quality of the facility is fine. It was clean, more than adequate, provided free outside access and a large area for privacy. While not necessarily a drawback, it is not as new or luxurious as some high end pet resorts are. In closing I will say that we had strong reservations about leaving our pet in a facility that we have never seen and with people we had never met and were pleased with how it turned out. We have no complaints.

I use them because they were recommended to me. The dogs come back healthy and the prices seem pretty fair. They offer a lot of things like, play time which means outside in the yard. They seem to love my dogs. They go by size and mine is a medium size. They serve Pedigree dog food but you can bring your own. I don't think they deduct anything if you bring your own. I have called around to other places whose prices may be a little less but your dog sits in a crate for the whole time. When I picked up my dog, they brought my dog right out to me and he was happy to see me but as happy as he was to see me, he was also happy to see the handler! So, they treat the dogs well, I think. They board cats but I have not used that service.

The dogs are happy with their services. My daughter's dog is much better happier there than anyplace and the price was about half from the others. Also, my dog doesn't have any problems when given kisses and I would rate them As in everything because they are really good. Whenever they call me to pick my dog anytime, he was very happy when he comes out.

From check in to check out the employees are professional and it is obvious that they are animal lovers. The place is kept so clean and sanitized that you can't even tell there are animals in there. They have a big grassy yard where the animals go for their daily play time. I would recommend this kennel to anyone and they are conveniently located near the Strip for tourists who may want to board.

I really like this kennel. They are extremely clean. On our last visit, we walked in and smelled nothing but cleaning products. I am very comfortable with them. I know they give you a reduced rate if your animals stay for seven days. They will also put two dogs in one kennel if you want them together. I am very pleased with them and never plan to go anywhere else.

The first time I was very satisfied. They encouraged me to bring her toys or something that would remind her of home. I brought a bag of rawhide chews, and they asked how often to give them to her. It seemed to go very well. I was pleased with the price. I even paid a little extra for play time. But the second time was not as great. I again brought her a bag of rawhides, this time it was a brand, unopened new bag. No one asked how often to give them to her and when I picked her up I found the bag hadn't even been opened. I left them there so she could have something to chew on and play with, but apparently no one felt the need to give them to her. I thought that little bit of extra effort was a great thing, and was disappointed when it didn't happen on my second visit. It makes me wonder if I got the play time I paid for.

We've been using this kennel for a year and a half, and appreciate how good most of the staff is with our dogs, as well the spacious surroundings and play area they provide outside. However, they don't walk our dogs. The only thing that could be improved is that they've recently hired some young people who work up front who are not as attentive as they could be.

Animal Inn is wonderful with the animals. They treat them very good. There kennels are really clean and spacious. My dog has always returned home to me brushed, bathed and very healthy. They charge about 18$ a night depending on the size of the dog. My dog is fairly large. I do not think that is a lot of money considering the care my dog receives from them.

I would not consider this place to be very safe for any animal. Whenever I brought my dog home, he ended up with kennel cough. He was extremely dirty when I got him back. I don t know, I think it may have been because I picked him up early. I was supposed to be gone for four days instead of two. Even still, this is totally inexcusable. I was furious.

This is the best kennel in town; I have kept my dog there many of times. The care and service is excellent. They have play yards and running pens for your pets. The staff is great with the animals; you don't have to worry about your pets while you're away. The price is very reasonable also.

Animal Inn Kennels are highly respected and an approved boarding kennel. They offer a variety of extra services there for a minimal cost. They do the boarding for a lot less then their competitors. They offer services like playtime, bathing, and grooming for an additional small fee. I think that they are very reliable place to use.

Animal Inn Kennels have a very nice facility. I just loved them. There is an indoor and outdoor run for the dogs which they loved and for a little extra fee they have a fenced in grass area that they can play in. They were very caring and good to the animals.

Animal Inn Kennels did a great job boarding our dog. They were very clean and the staff there is great to work with. They gave our dog exercise a couple of hours a day and also play with them. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog there and I really think that my dog feels comfortable there.
