Paul Andrews was professional and efficient . He arrived promptly, was extremely easy to work with. He quoted a very resonable price for the project, and completed it in a timely manner. We were very happy with his work.

He identified the problem right away and correctly explained what needed to be done. The finished job was above and beyond what would be expected from most plumbers. The job included cutting out plaster board to access the drain pipe, fitting it with the proper reducers and pluming the trap to the drain. The price included new sink drain stop and all pluming from the sink to the main drain in the wall. Additionally, I provided a small piece of plywood, drywall, comp and drywall tape which he used to repair the wall all in the price. This was beyond what many plumbers would do, and it saved me a few hours work that I would have had to do after the plumbing.

The installation went very smoothly. Paul spent a great deal of time how the softener work to my tenant. My tenant was very pleased. Paul Andrews is a true professional.

We got a phone call from the water company saying they were seeing excessive water movement at our second house; it just happened to be for sale! We rushed over and saw what looked like a small amount of water in the front yard. Of course next comes the inevitable calls for quotes; to add insult to injury this was on a Sat! Most companies said they couldn't come out until the next Monday, Paul said he could stop by in less than a couple hours. He gave us a quote and explained the main water line to the house was leaking; the yard was going to be dug up to some degree so the pipe could be replaced. We called around again and got some revised estimate but again most companies wouldn't be out until Mon or Tues.

I found Pauls' estimate to be very reasonable and he said he could start right away and be done by Monday.

He replaced the existing leaking water main and returned the yard to order.

We found him to be very punctual and detail oriented.

I will use him in the future in my home and in my business.

This is the first time I use this particular plumber services, my call was answered right away by Paul. I explained what I needed and we set up an appointment for 2 hours later.

He was punctual and I already had the new garbage disposal and faucet at home. After inspecting and assessing the job he gave me a reasonable price for replacing the garbage disposal and stated he will install the faucet at no extra charge.

Paul has always been true to his word. Always on time,fair prices, very professional. He always guarantees his work and will come back if any issues. I would highly recommend him for all projects large or small.

I'm sure this took longer than Paul expected. He was very careful removing my stubborn old sink and did no damage to the existing counter top. He also redid some sloppy old plumbing under the sink using parts off his truck (no charge). This is the second time I used Andrews Plumbing. I'm glad I found him on Angie's List.

After I replaced the center set on my kitchen sink, my old angle stops started leaking and needed to be replaced.  Of course it was on a Saturday and I expected "weekend" prices.  Paul originally answered my call on Saturday and came within 2 hours to assess work.  He repaired an existing leak to the supply line to the hot water heater and replaced the angle stops under the kitchen sink.  After repairing everything and turning the water back on Paul noticed that there was a small leak in the dishwasher supply line.  Noting that he did not have one on his truck he said that he would pick one up and come back the next morning to install if I could do without the dishwasher for one night.  I agreed and true to his word Paul arrived at 8:30 AM Sunday morning.  Considering the two trips to my house on a weekend and the parts I think Paul's bill was extremely reasonable.  I would recommend Andrews Plumbing to my friends and would use his services again.  Great job, thank you Paul.

I helped him dig down to find and fix the leak, about 3 feet deep, and he said he would only charge me $250 because of what I did.  He was there for several hours.  Find anyone else who would do this.
The reason he's so much cheaper is because he does NOT have all the overhead of the larger companies.  Paul answers the phone, supplies the estimates, and performs all the work himself.  He then passes on the savings to the customer.  The owner of the contractor who gave me the highest estimate called me and told me he would beat all quotes by 15%.  I told him he should have thought about that before his estimator gave me the ridiculous estimate.

It has held up ever since. I had this problem and he came in and solved it. He was very nice and I liked him. He was here right away when I called him. He told us what tank to get. I would recommend him highly.
