The serviceman was on time, courteous, and very helpful. I have been a customer of Anderson Air Mechanical when I lived in Las Vegas before and would highly recommend them. I've never had a problem with them. They are honest and I am aware of at least one occasion when another company told a customer that the air conditioner needed to be replaced. On my recommendation Anderson Air Mechanical was called, and inspected the AC. They performed service and the unit did NOT need to be replaced.

Service was prompt, efficient, with quick and accurate minimal diagnosis. It only required a capacitor, which was replaced on the spot. The high quality part was most of the cost, which improves the heat coefficient and makes the unit run more efficiently. This is a very old family run business run by the grandson of the founder. I have bought an air conditioner from them and have had service on two houses over a span of years. It is a company that is a pleasure to deal with.

It all started 30 months ago when our heat went out over New Year's weekend. I asked someone I knew at Nevada Energy if she could recommend a company that was reliable and wouldn't rip me off. She gave me the name of Anderson Air. I called and even though it was the start of the holiday weekend, the technician came right out. He quickly diagnosed the problem -- the motor had burned out in the heat pump and it would be 3 days before their supplier would be open again. He drove back to his warehouse and returned with two space heaters for us to use. It was very cold that winter. I don't think we could've stayed in the house without heat for 3 days. The first working day of the year, he was back when he said he would be and installed the motor for $500. Since then I have used them every 6 months for the heat and a/c check-up. They are always prompt, professional, and courteous. They've never charged more than the $69 for the check-up. I have recommended them to many friends and recommend them to you, too.

Anderson Air Conditioning Mechanical was extremely helpful during the selection process and installation of our new heating and cooling system. I was able to choose a reputable brand of my choice. I have not had any problems with it and I am completely satisfied.
