Had a very bad experience with them scamming me to buy their AC Duct cleaning when I initially called them for smoke smell coming from somewhere in the apartment or outside. I felt high pressured from one for their serviceman who tried to get me to buy the service. Then after it was said and done, I found out it wasn't coming from the vent where they did the AC Duct cleaning that the smoke came from outside since I have a gap opening in my door. I filed BBB complaint against them and was resolved. Again, they would come out to do courtesy followup as stated on contract and they would try to sell you things but it wasn't as bad as the AC Duct cleaning issue. They are also so high in price compared to anyone in the market.
