Jennifer -technician- and her crew did an excellent job, very good job knowledge and very professional, from the beginning to the end!! Office personnel also outstanding, Tasha is amazing!! I won't hesiste to call them again if I ever need a plumber. Highly recommended!!!

Extremely knowledgeable. I did a bucket test and knew I had a leak but my attempts to find out where were unhelpful. The knowledgeable inspector found the leak within minutes and was able to repair it on the spot. He still performed pressure tests and other tests to confirm no other leaks. Money well spent!

The workers were super. HOWEVER, the company did not honor the Angles list contract. The deal was $170 for two hours of plumbers service..which included repair. Their office (Chloe) said no that was just for leak detection..well that was only 1 hour and not according to Angles. Then Angles contract said additional time would be $90 an hour. They set the price of repair at $600 for two more hours. My total cost came to $770. It should have been $350 per Angles. I needed it done because of mold issues. So we did it but I am not pleased at all. What can I do outside of small claims court if they do not honor Angles contract.

Rob, the technician dispatched to make the repairs, was outstanding! He arrived on time, explained everything that was being done, ensured the area below the work area was protected from any damage from moisture and dust. He was very personable, professional, but not in a stuffy sort of way and was engaging. He was contrite and apologetic that the follow-up was necessary, but he was equally determined to ascertain the cause of the continued deterioration of the shower drain connection to the drain pipes. As on his first visit, Rob was professional and engaging. Rob's employer should know that Rob is also a great mentor. The apprentices who accompanied Rob were treated with respect, understanding and patience.

Determined the leak was in the main line from the street but could not pinpoint the exact location of the leak. Because of the age of the home (17+), recommended replacement of the whole line. Three men worked for more than 7 hours in temperatures as high as 116 F and completed the work. The yard was put back pretty much to the same state as before the work started. They had to cut a hole in the garage wall to complete the connection and stucco had to be patched up by a different person after the plumbing work was done. Workers were very professional, courteous and hard working.

They pressurized all the lines. Dove the pool twice, found the leaks and repaired them.

I think the cost was $150. They were very thorough. I would say, it took to detect the leak, probably about 30 minutes. They fixed it while they were there. The workers that came out to complete the service were very good. The same person that detected it is the same person that fixed it. They did their work exceptionally well.

They replaced the whole line. They tested and verified all but one sprinkler line when they were finished, due to a difficult valve. The one they couldn't check was the only one broken. Eddy came back out on his day off and fixed the broken sprinkler line. Good work, prompt, and very responsive.

The only complaint I have is I feel they are overpriced compared to other companies. When I called the plumber, they did the same leak detection as part of their overall price for repair.
