AMERICAN AIR DUCT CLEANING

This service was highly recommended by someone who came to look at our home for mildew damage. He said that any air duct cleaning company that charges less than $500 or so would not be doing the job correctly and also that to do it correctly requires at least two people. This company was very friendly on the phone and they did come with two people and they did spend a great deal of time cleaning our system. They seemed to do a good job with the actual cleaning, however, they weren't very careful about cleaning up the mess afterwards and they messed up our heating system's unit in the attic which caused us to be out of heat upstairs for a couple of days. I was very impressed though with the way the owner handled this; he dropped off a bunch of cash with us as a 'deposit' although we ended up being covered by our heating maintenance company's policy. I would probably use them again but be sure to ask for the owner's son to do the job, who was the specific guy recommended to us.
