Allpro Painters

I hired them because they appeared to be very professional. They showed up on time for start date. After 1 hour, the 2 Painters disappeared with no notice. I waited 1 1/2 hours to see if they would return. They didn't. I emailed the company and got no response. An hour later I called the estimator and left a voicemail. He called back 20 minutes later. He didn't know anything about it and said he would call back. He called back and said they were at the paint store and it started raining there so they packed it in and went home. Once again, no notifications and I had to call them. BTW, it did not rain at my house, but no one called!!! They showed up the next morning at 7:45. Our quote was based on a full days work and maybe a follow up morning. I went to the gym and came home at 10 am. They were finished after 2 1/2 hours, a total of about 3 1/2 hours on my property. With our labor portion of the quote and time actually spent on property, I paid about $400 labor.

Came on time. Clean work - no mess. Respective & Very Polite. Paul coordinator, knowledgeable & informative. Will use again and ez to refer.

The 2 Painters doing the work, was Outstanding Painters. The day before they arrived, I told the Boss/Owner of the company that I was going to make their job easy when they arrived. My wife and I took down/off the walls, All of the Electrical Outlet Covers, Curtain Rods/ Hooks/ Nails/Screws off . All they have to do, was patch the small holes up, tapping, what needed to be done, and painted away. Outstanding Painting/Services that was done. I well definitely be calling All Pro Painter again for my next painting project.

They did good work, but the project took longer than we were told.

Absolutely everything was done with professionalism and courtesy. They arrived at the specified time and stayed until work was done. I would definitely call them again.

They did a great job of masking prior to painting. The foreman made sure that we were satisfied with the project. Painting on stucco is not the easiest if not not properly. Lines between colors were nice and straight. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left the site in great condition.

AllPro Painters just completed my third job with in the last couple months and I could not be happier -- already scheduling the next one. They've completed interior areas of both my former and new home with great care and detail. The estimator and project manager, Paul Good, (who is so good I mistakenly have referred to him as Paul Best) has delivered accurate, competitive estimates for each job and ensured that his teams' finished work is always outstanding. Both Paul and Natalie (sp?) in the front office have been extremely good about communication throughout the multiple jobs, all of the painters have been on-time, and Paul has been there multiple times throughout the jobs to answer questions and clarify the process.

ALLPRO painters showed up on time (good for Las Vegas) painting was done in our home office. Painted ceiling and walls. Took about eight hours but (don't remember name) he did a really good job. We are very pleased with the service. Will have them do our next job for sure. Customer service was on top of service also. Charged a small down payment but checked to see if all was good before balance due.

Santos was great. The painting was very clean and precise.

The job was done in the time frame that was estimated and the quality of the work was excellent. The workers were courteous, exactly on time each day and dealt with a few minor issues that I had professionally. Would use this company again and would recommend them to friends

Miguel was fantastic

Very friendly and professional company. From start to finish they were honest about the process and the finished product was great. Would go with them again. On an additional note, the job was completed a month ago so I can remember the painters name, but he did great work and was very friendly.

Did an excellent job

I had two bedrooms painted. One of the bedrooms also needed a portion of the ceiling repaired from water damage and a repair of a hole that had been cut into one of the walls. Miguel and Roberto painted and made repairs in one bedroom. They did a wonderful job. They were on time, polite, cleaned up their mess. I was very happy with their work. Nick painted the other room the following week. He also continued the repair to the ceiling. I wasnâ t satisfied how it looked initially not because of how it had been repaired.. The condition of that part of the ceiling was kinda lumpy to begin with. Nick cut and replaced a section. I was so happy with how it turned out and also the time and effort he put in to the job. All three guys are wonderful hard working employees a definite asset to the company. I look forward to AllPro painting the rest of my house in the very near future.

I hired All-Pro back in January. I was getting the house ready to sell. They did a fantastic job. I bought a new house & wanted to get the interior painted. I could have gone with someone cheaper but decided to go with All-Pro due to the quality of the work before. I also decided to have them do my baseboard & trim as well. We were going on vacation & had them paint the ceilings while we were gone. They painted the ceiling, but it needed a second coat. I had asked them to get this done before my wood floors went in. Every time I called I got an excuse. So my floors were installed. They sent Charles to paint everything. First of all, he repainted the ceilings. Then he plugged the nail holes on the baseboards. He never sanded them. He just painted over. His lines were horrible. He did not even cover everything. The old wall color was showing through. He did not mask the windows. There was paint all over the windows & my new floors! I let them know I was not happy. They said they would make it right. In the meantime, the girl in the office was calling for payment! I told her I would not pay untill the job was done. She also informed me I was scheduled for touch-up. This was no touch-up. Every time I tried contacting Cameron, he was either sick or out of town. Finally, Andy sent new painters over. They called Andy & let him know they had to redo the whole thing. Which they did beautifully. Cameron also said he was sending a company that specializes in cleaning wood floors to clean my floors. He sent a regular house cleaning team to clean the floors. When they arrived, they had no idea they were supposed to clean paint off the floors. The job they did was OK - not what I was expecting. I decided to do it myself. The end result was Andy made it right. It looks beautiful now. But, I should not have had to go through what I did. It should have been done right the first time. If that was the first time I used them, it would have been the last. In fact, I do not think I will call them again. In the spring I want to repaint the outside. I hall find someone else.

The team arrived promptly, covered everything and completed the work quicker than expected. They were friendly and professional throughout & my home is beautiful. Thank you for an outstanding job!
