They were efficient.
I had used them before and I felt the first time was better than the second time. I specifically called them from Angie's List because of a problem we have with a cat.
They had been recommend as being able to get rid of cat odor.
The first time it seemed to help and the second time I didn't think it did.
I didn't specifically request the cat cleaning the second time. I guess I figured since I was a previous customer they would know what I wanted so it could be my fault too.
