Very good. They gave me an estimate on future work that I might have them do. They cleaned out all my vents and were in and out in about 30 minutes. Left no hint behind that they were ever here other than clean vents.

My fiancé and I have been having trouble with our AC units producing a lot of dust and allergens. One call to the Allergy Cleaning Specialists our appointment was made.  They showed up at our exact appointment time at 12:00 PM on the dot, which had us already impressed.  Once in the home, Brandon and Tony were able to quickly assess the situation and break down everything that was going on.  They showed us videos and pictures of the dust build up and were honest with their advice on how we should move forward.  They immediately started the work and shortly after we were free of dust and our air was running better than ever.  I would recommend Allergy Cleaning Specialists to everyone! Not to mention, great prices!  They were professional, courteous, and cared a lot about us as the customer vs. making an extra buck for the company.

Was right on time, as previously scheduled.  Explained everything, took before/after pictures, made recommendations (yeah, some up selling), but they were in scope and very professional.  Answered all of my questions, did a very good job.  I would recommend and will be using their service again in the future to come back for tile/grout cleaning.

Two men showed up on time to complete the job. They moved all of my furniture for me and then put it back when they were done. The carpet was cleaned with a wet method, so it did leave the carpet damp. I stayed off of it for a day after they were done. The worker did leave me plastic booties to walk in if I needed to. I have found that not all companies rake the carpet afterwards, but they did. I liked that.

The ad I read regarding this company said the carpets would dry in 15 minutes, and it only took a little longer than that for them to dry. However, they didn't really pull up all the spots. Also, they didn't move any of my furniture.
