I dealt with Richard Jerome and a woman named "Dion" in the same office. Both were very unprofessional. I was interested in checking into refinancing and called Mr. Jerome on 3/13/13. He took my info and said he'd call me the next day with my percentage rate. I never heard from him. On 5/2/13, "Dion" called me and asked if I was still interested in refinancing with them! I told her I was angry that Mr. Jerome had never called me as promised. She never apologized for him, but spoke to me in a very sleepy voice about costs, an info packet she'd mail to me, etc. During another phone call, she yawned long and loud in my ear and never apologized!( I had long since decided I wasn't going to work with them). Then, she called EVERY DAY for 30 days leaving messages asking me to refi with them.
Description of Work: They sent a refi flyer to my home.
