Casey has been a tremendous asset with my home purchase in Las Vegas. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the industry and the current state of the real estate market in Las Vegas. One of the first questions I asked her was her opinion on what was going on in Las Vegas, and found out some interesting trends that I’ve also been watching. Having a professional validate some of my observations gave me a lot more confidence about moving forward with a long term investment in the area. From the day we started with the pre-approval and through the approval process with the underwriters, she was fantastic. She was upfront about some of the issues and gotcha’s that I might run into with different funding scenarios. She followed up with me on a daily basis, if not more often to ensure I was understanding the requirements and process. She was also always available by phone, text, or email at most times of the work day, and that was very helpful. I have a very full and busy schedule and having her adjust her schedule for me was just a clear sign of her focus on me. I’m sure during the time I worked with her, she had many customers, but I always felt like I was her one and only. She always seemed to be focused on getting me going and staying on schedule. But it was her experience and knowledge that shined through as well. Always gave me really great advice and direction, as my situation was a little more complicated than others.This is not my first purchase, but it has been the easiest and most well planned out and scheduled I’ve had thus far. If you're looking for a full service planner / broker that makes you feel like you're her only client, I would definitely give Casey a call. She has exceeded my very high expectations with no reservations what so ever.
