Casey has been a tremendous asset with my home purchase in Las Vegas. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the industry and the current state of the real estate market in Las Vegas. One of the first questions I asked her was her opinion on what was going on in Las Vegas, and found out some interesting trends that I’ve also been watching. Having a professional validate some of my observations gave me a lot more confidence about moving forward with a long term investment in the area. From the day we started with the pre-approval and through the approval process with the underwriters, she was fantastic. She was upfront about some of the issues and gotcha’s that I might run into with different funding scenarios. She followed up with me on a daily basis, if not more often to ensure I was understanding the requirements and process. She was also always available by phone, text, or email at most times of the work day, and that was very helpful. I have a very full and busy schedule and having her adjust her schedule for me was just a clear sign of her focus on me. I’m sure during the time I worked with her, she had many customers, but I always felt like I was her one and only. She always seemed to be focused on getting me going and staying on schedule. But it was her experience and knowledge that shined through as well. Always gave me really great advice and direction, as my situation was a little more complicated than others.This is not my first purchase, but it has been the easiest and most well planned out and scheduled I’ve had thus far. If you're looking for a full service planner / broker that makes you feel like you're her only client, I would definitely give Casey a call. She has exceeded my very high expectations with no reservations what so ever. I know I will be working with her again in the near future, and look forward to bigger and better projects in the years to come. Thank you for everything Casey!

Casey is quite knowledgeable and I found her information to be extremely helpful. She answered every question (and I had plenty…) in a timely, efficient and professional manner. If you want great customer service I recommend without reservation John LeFrancios. His knowledge of the mortgage market is superior and, as I was searching for a home, I called him repeatedly with questions. If he didn't answer directly, he would call me back usually in less than an hour. When I needed information, he had it at his fingertips or got it in a short period of time. Transactions were handled efficiently through faxes. He made the whole process more comfortable for me. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete a transaction due to changes in my circumstances but will call him when the time comes I can again start looking for a home.
