She is very friendly, very open and outgoing. She definitely knows her business and she is not afraid to put out the good stuff as well as the bad stuff out there. So, she lets you know whether it is a good deal or not. She is very very good and very honest. She also did not charge us anything. We would definitely use her again in the future if we need to.

.The realtor's part went very well. Unfortunately, I was not smart enough to take her advice. Entirely through my fault, and through no fault whatsoever of the realtor, I had an unhappy result, but I stress that that unhappy result was MY FAULT, not the realtor's!!! Had I done what she told me to do when she told me to do it, my result would have been entirely satisfactory!
Cameron DeAngelo is an excellent realtor, a superb short-sale negotiator, and very well versed in the ins-and-outs of real estate transactions, especially short-sales.
If you listen to her and follow her advice, you will be happy with the result. I did not listen to her and I did not follow her advice, and I had a bad outcome. Don't do what I did!! Listen to her! She knows what she is talking about!!!
