This service was 7/20/2011. Our AC/Heating unit was original to our house., which is 25  years old. Three years prior the compressor failed and we called All Seasons because of the good things reported about the company. The gentleman who came out was Craig, the owner, who suggested we replace the whole unit because of it's age. When we told him we could not afford it, he gave us a quote on replacing the compressor only. We agreed to replacing the compressor and he did it the same day. Well, last year, the compressor failed again, but since it was still under warranty, Craig replaced it with no hesitation. He suggested again that we should consider a new unit but also told us he would help us keep our old AC running until we could afford a new one. He never pressured us, and was always very professional. Wouldn't you know it, just like clock work, our unit failed again last Saturday (7/16/2011). We called Craig and he came out yesterday and confirmed the compressor failed again. We decided it was time so he gave us a quote, which was less than the quote from three years ago, so of course we jumped on it. We set up a time for late this afternoon, so it would be done after we got home from work. Well, we got home and the job was done! Craig and his son came out early and completed the job. We were so amazed how quickly Craig was able to set up everything to get our new AC installed, it was less than 24 hours! Craig and his son demonstrated to us what exemplary customer service is. Craig and his son are truly professionals that know their business and really cares about their customers. We are recommending them to everyone we know!!!

It went great. The service was performed quickly, professionally and person-ably. He has the right part when he arrived, installed it quickly and showed me what was wrong, including showing me the old part.

The response was good, and they finished in only one morning. The problem was that they put in the wrong condenser. This had to be replaced again, and other parts were damaged because of this. It was past the limited warranty, and we decided not to call them back for this. We understand mistakes are made, but something as simple as selecting the correct part, should not be one of the mistakes made. This cost us a great deal of money.
