"I am sorry to hear about your experience, I have looked through your account and observed the following. 1st - You were quoted 3 men and 1 truck at $135 per hour on 6/13/2018 by Mark, who explained our 2 hour labor minimum and 1.5 hour travel (Boulder City). After your conversation, Mark sent you an email (11:25 am) stating the same with all other details related to charges and service. 2nd - On 6/18/2018 at 10:46 am, Steve spoke with you to confirm the details of your move for the 20th and to make sure you still needed our services. At that time Steve went over the minimum charges (3 men 1 truck 2 hour labor minimum 1.5 hours travel), materials (if needed) and our arrival time, which you or your wife agreed to. After your conversation with Steve our system sent you a confirmation email going over all the same details again, which our system indicates you received and opened. 3rd- On 6/20/18 at approximately 9:00 am my crew arrived and went over the Bill of Lading with you, including all charges and start times, which you initialed and agreed to prior to the start of the job. 4th - At 10:02 am, Victor called to see how the move was going and you or your wife stated, "Going fine, on the way to the offload." 5th - Our driver called our office on 6/20/2018 at approximately 10:05 am to advise us the fridge may not fit through the door and that he was going to measure it. 6th- It wasn't until 6/20/2018 at 2:04 pm that you or your wife finally said something in regards to the charges and crew size specifically that you remember being quoted the 2 man crew at $105 per hour. Our movers were done and had left your home at 1:30 pm. Why wait until the move is completed to tell us you were only quoted a 2 man crew?? If you didn't want three men you had plenty of times to let us know and we could have downsized the crew prior to arriving at your home. The fridge issue to my understanding was, the guys refused to remove the fridge doors which is against our policy, we aren't electricians and we don't want to damage your fridge. If the guys damaged the wiring or the doors, you as a customer would want it replaced or repaired, so we avoid doing it. To confirm, we didn't provide you with a flat rate price or a written estimate prior to your move so you would have never been told a total move price. "You called and made a complaint in regards to the above allegations, we as a company advised you to contact the local authorities who we would fully cooperate with. We also advised you we would look into the allegations ourselves. The person in question advised us, you as the customer tipped that amount and also had his family clean your home and donated furniture to him after the alleged theft. If he had intimidated you or "stolen" from you, why have his family work for you and give him furniture the next day. The individual you are referring to has agreed to give you the tip money back just to avoid any future issues. The move was also completed in a timely manner as promised."

I reviewed your estimate, which was for a "budget" move 6 hours of labor 1 travel which we met and actually came under estimate. The estimator was very specific to you about what we would do in your "budget" time. If you wanted or needed more work it would have been at an additional charge.
