My 5 year old refrigerator was not getting cold and the upper freezer was accumulating frost and ice.  The fan was working but no cold air was entering the refrigerator.   So I went to Angie's List and found 3 appliance repair shops.  All American Appliance Repair was the first one to respond and schedule the soonest appointment which was for the next day.  Chris arrived within the given time frame.  He had to remove the  back of the freezer liner.   Due to the amount of ice build up,  he had to use a heat gun to melt  it.  That took a bit of time.  It was pretty thick.  Once all of this was removed he diagnosed a faulty heating element and said it needed to be replaced.   He called to give me a price quote on the part which they would have to order.  The price sounded very fair and they included a senior discount which I greatly appreciated.  I asked how long it would be until the part came in and he said less then a week.  In the meantime, after the de-icing Chris had done on   my refrigerator, it started cooling again.   This gave sufficient time for the part to arrive.  When the part came in All American Appliance Repair called to schedule the appointment for installation of the part.  They gave me a 4 hour window time frame between 8:00 am and noon.  I asked if possible to be one of the first appointments.  They said they would do their best--and they did.  Chris was here at 9:00 am.  I am very pleased with the accommodating customer service, punctuality, price and professionalism.  If I ever require appliance repair in the future,  I know who to call and also who to refer.  Thank You so much.

Company was contracted by American Home Shield home warranty. ALL AMERICAN APPLIANCE REPAIR arrived on time, did a good job.

All American Appliance replaced heating control element in my oven. They actually had the parts on hand and were able to do the work right away. So many times I deal with this pair of people and they ask what are the parts out and all, which just extends the whole process, but they have the parts on hand, were able to go up the truck and get it, come in and finish the job right away. I have recommended them already to several friends.

Company was dispatched by American Home Shield to service Whirlpool dishwasher that was inoperative. All American phoned to set service appointment. Technician arrived on time and correctly diagnosed and repaired dishwasher by replacing control panel fuse. Service charge was standard $60 co-pay per AHS warranty.

I wasn't here when he came out, but it turned out that they replaced the microwave because of my service warranty on the house. It covers all the appliances in the house.
