ALERRA CONSTRUCTION

I called Alerra since they were listed as a preferred contractor through Pergo direct. Originally, the phone estimate scared me off but Steve definitely made me feel like he knew his stuff so we went ahead with the in-person estimate. Boy am I happy we didn't cancel. He not only did our floors for $3000 less than the original phone estimate, but his company also ended up doing a lot of the other house projects we were looking at contractors for AND he beat the other estimates AND he did all of the projects: entire downstairs flooring, new granite countertop in the kitchen, Corian in the bathroom, 3 new sinks & faucets, and mold repair --all completed in a little more than a week. They even worked through the weekend and up to 7pm every night just to get it done fast for us. And his crew was awesome, VERY nice guys and they were the same ones every day. Steve is an excellent communicator as well. So pleased with their work, I will absolutely use them over and over again.
