ALBA CLEANING SERVICE

I love the cleaning person Alba sends to my home. I feel that the owner could improve upon their communication skills. Otherwise, I am pleased with the price I am charged and could only say positive things about this company.

I was very impressed with the job they did. They were hard workers. Alba first came out and gave me a flat rate estimate to clean. She also gave me a list of cleaning supplies of which they needed such as certain sponges, a sponge mop, a step stool and even had me re-wash my towels that they would be using so that they would not have fabric softener in them. She arrived with two ladies as there was a language barrier and told them exactly what we had agreed upon. They were great and did a very thorough job.

They came out and stayed the whole day doing a deep cleaning which made my whole house sparkle. I gave them a couple directions and they followed them all with no problems. The only extra expense for me is that I have to provide all of the cleaning supplies.

I highly recommend this company to anyone. They come on a weekly basis and they are always motivated. I am very happy with the service and kindness of the employees. The work was done perfectly and I will continue to use them for years to come.

Alba Cleaning Service did a thorough job with things like cleaning out the refrigerator, dusting pictures, and vacuuming under things. It usually took approximately 6 hours for them to finish my home and it was safe to say when they were done I would have been hard pressed to find a spec of dust. Over the 3 years I have used them I have never had anything come up missing or broken. It was great to have a trustworthy cleaner and even better to know they were going to do such a good job.
