?This place is a joke... So even though they saw my reviews... We came to agree on a price they said would order my Hot Water Heater... Then I go to check on status and they guess didnt want to honor price or provide good customer service so had work order transferred to another company. They replied to my email and confirmed it was in retaliation for my review. So instead of providing good customer service and fixing issue and I probably would have removed the reviews. They instead retaliated making things worse and an even worse review.

I would not deal with this company if I were you. I filled a claim for broken hot water heater with my home warranty company and because of this company and their bogus report the company denied my claim saying "Inaccessible" the Hot Water heater is easily accessible. So had to have another company come out to do a second opinion.

8/18: Had to use them by way of home warranty company; Egor came out and conducted an exterior visual examination of my 2 air conditioner units and came back inside to say they were low on Freon. Took him a total of 6 minutes. I contacted the Home Warranty. They told me they would have another technician from the same company come out, I contacted this company again, and the person I spoke to said Egor “he’s our senior technician that we send out to fix things and if he said that’s what’s wrong then that’s what it is.” My response, “so, you’re telling me that it’s best practice to not physically inspect an a/c unit and that Egor can visually inspect something and make a diagnosis” them, “yes, that’s correct.” Zero value. Avoid. Update as of 9/13: Clearly, this company stand behind their technician who apparently has x-ray vision and does not have to visually inspect anything nor listen to customers. I finally was able to get a second opinion through the Home Warranty from a different vendor who actually came out and did what most people assume HVAC professionals do, physically look at units and thoroughly explain to customers in a non-condescending way what is going on. Low and behold, guess what? The refrigerant level is NOT low on either units, and there are NO leaks. It turned out to be a completely different issue and had this technician thoroughly done his job then maybe I would not have had to wait 25 days for the air conditioning in my master bedroom to function. Stay away from this company it will save you a whole lot of grief. Once again, it is clear that their management supports shady and predatory practices.

The company does not take pride in its work or customer service. Specifically the person who schedules the job. My technician Egor is very good at his job. However the management of this organization is a joke. 1st call to determine was to determine the part needed to be replaced, the part took 5 business days. They decided to delay the installation of the part until they could find time in their schedule to accommodate themselves not us the client. I called and asked since it was going to be 8 days since the 1st visit why couldn't they come as soon as the part was available. His answer "we're busy and ur lucky u got on the schedule" I escalated to the home warranty company and they said the repair takes 3 hours so that's why they are can't do it when the part comes" Well the guy just left and he was here 57 mins. He did a great job but the management is useless. He literally told me, I'm lucky it's only 8 days from 1st visit to repair. Other people wait months. I would never do business with a loser like this company again. If u do, u will be at their mercy

If I could give this company a 1 star rating I would. I usually don’t do reviews but this one is important. My home warranty (AHS) sent this company out to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. I wasn’t home but explained to him what was going on. When the faucet is running normal there isn’t a leak. When the dishwasher or sink is filled up and then drains, this is when the leak occurs. It has happened three times in the past week and soaked everything underneath. My friend is a plumber, out of state, and told me how to diagnose it and I found it leaking when I did the above. He advised me that there is a stoppage somewhere in pipes. The tech came, filled the tub half way, and said nothing was leaking and left. He was there for about 10min. He didn’t run the dishwasher or do the proper diagnostics to find leak. I spoke to the manager of the company and she basically said the tech didn’t find a leak and that’s it! Great customer service! Tell your home warranty to give you another contractor and if you don’t have a home warranty stay clear of this company.

This company is so dishonest. Very disgusting how they handle business. I have home insurance and I reported to my home insurance that I had a leak, someone from the company called to set up an appointment for their technician to come out and fix the problem. During the phone call I explained that I knew where the leak was coming from because I had the same leak back in 2018 so I gave the worker previous information about the leak for her technician. He came out here, made a hole in the wall to fix the problem because it’s the only way to get to where the leak is at . It’s taken a month and a half for this company to respond to my insurance company how big the hole was that the technician had to make in order to get behind that leak. For a month and a half this company has been giving us every excuse in the book on why they are not able to provide the dimension of the hole, some of the excuses they gave us was that the technician wasn’t available and that they would get back to us. A month and a half of it ! Finally I got fed up and I told the insurance company that it’s taking too long and they needed to contact them again and not get an excuse why they can’t provide the dimension of the hole and finally this company lets us know that the technician claims that he never made a hole in order to fix the leak. They have no records of it. So I asked to speak to The manager and she claims to me that she was the one that called me to set up the appointment and in her notes she has records that in our phone call when she set up that appointment, that I supposedly told her that “I had some third-party open up that hole” before my insurance company came out there . Which doesn’t make sense why would I have A third-party Open up my wall and not fix the issue !?!or why would I have anybody open up that wall knowing the fact that I have home insurance and knowing the fact that my home insurance has covered the same problem with fixing the leak and then also having someone come patch it up. and they’re also saying that their technician did not report that he made a hole in order to fix the leak, so now they’re making it my problem the fact that their worker didn’t report their proper steps of when they come into someone’s home and what he does when he comes and fixes issues . This company instead of seeing the whole picture of how they could’ve misunderstood the very first phone call and that their worker is not reporting what he does at peoples homes, they rather lie instead of taking accountability of their mistakes. this company is calling me a liar, they’re insinuating that I’m trying to get one over on my insurance company, asking me to send them proof because they don’t believe me!?!? .So now they have told my insurance company that they have not made that hole and now my insurance company won’t cover it. they won’t provide information of what they did in my home with my signature on it, they’re just taking what they thought they heard and going with that . The lack of accountability is disgusting. Do not let these people in your home!!! The owners recommendation and solution was to find someone to patch up the hole for a small fee. The owner is crap, Amanda is insignificant and needs to get her ears checked because she clearly can’t understand simple information , Joe is an old man that should get fired and retired because he doesn’t do his job properly and is a lair and can’t take accountability of not remembering something and not doing his job. Useless dishonest people! I will be contacting the BBB so they could make an investigation on this.

WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. MY AC STILL NOT FIXED 1 MONTH LATER…DO NOT USE AIR SQUAD!!!! This experience has to do not only with AIR SQUAD BUT ALSO AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. 2 of the worsts companies. AIR SQUAD was called out to my home to service my AC unit because of pipe freeze happening. I look up on the internet what could be causing this and it can only be 4 things. The #1 thing is a faulty fan motor. I make sure I tell them to check that 1st. They fail to check it and proceed with saying I have a bad valve in the attic and a week later and $2000 that’s not the problem. Imagine that. It now takes 2 weeks to get me back on the schedule because they didn’t fix the problem and after 3 weeks and $2000 later fixing the wrong parts they say we figured it out it’s your fan motor they almost replaced my entire coils in the attic. Well now I wait another week so they can order the part. I also call the office multiple times to make sure they have all the proper information and correct contact information because they kept calling my roommate to check in. I call the office staff and let them know they are calling the wrong # and tell them to erase all numbers except mine in the system. Office staff fails to do so and keeps calling the wrong person. After 3+ weeks and a valve replacement and a fan motor my system still isn’t working. We set up another appointment. Mind you this is their 5th time to my home without fixing the problem. My air was broken for a month my home was over 90 degrees and my floors are warped my wallpaper is pealing due to Excessive heat. They get my last appointment scheduled and call the wrong person again after telling them over and over again to erase all# but mine.my roommate is Expecting a Cox cable guy but ends up fixing the problem. so when he gets the phone call by AIR SQUAD he thinks that that’s the Cox cable guy and canceled the appointment. After we get that situation fixed the owner calls my roommate again. Now I am really p***** off because that’s the problem to begin with. I said erase all numbers but mine they still failed again. Now the owner finally calls me the home owner and says I will be there in 30 minutes and never shows up. Now AMERICAN HOME SHIELD is calling me with a new company. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF ARE HORRIBLE.

I don’t think it was very expensive. I guess that one is still working, I don’t see any other receipts for that one. I guess that was good. I don’t remember anything bad about that. They didn’t mess anything up.

Amazing, work was done perfectly. If I could rate this company more stars I would. I have gone through these reviews and felt that I should put in my 2 cents. I myself also was sent air Squad to repair my plumbing issues, my water heated had started leaking! It did take a few days until the actual replacement happened however I feel that air Squad was very informative when explaining to me what the next step was as well as offered different options for my issue. All in all, i felt that I was being contacted as needed with updates on my call as I requested. The technician was very respectful and professional.

Recommended by home warranty company. Gentleman was in a hurry. Was already walking back to truck by the time I got to front door. Told me to clean the drain myself since it was my hair. I explained that we just moved in and it wasn't my hair. Also, wasn't it his job to unclog drains. Refused to send camera down toilet since it seemed to flush fine. Even though we had explained that we just had toilet replaced and saw the roots and knew we would have to pay additional. Said we would have to make an additional appointment to have water heater repaired because he didn't have parts. Even though Home Depot is less than a mile from home and informed them when making appointment of work we wanted done.

Warranty company told them to go ahead and schedule service for following day. Because it was within warranty guidelines, the warranty company would not release the work order to try another company. Heather from Air Squad called me and tried mightily to get the warranty co. to help out, she offered to call me if they had a cancellation in their full schedule. The failure to release the work order is not her fault, it is the warranty company's. Air Squad should get an A for effort!

The technician sent to my home was terrible. Rude from the moment I opened the door. Could not communicate, mumbled and ignored my questions and statements. He fixed one issue and then had to call in for coverage questions on another. When I got the phone to call the warranty company he was agitated and annoyed he had to wait. He clearly wanted to be done and out the door. I said you are welcome to wait outside. He did. I was on phone with multi reps and on hold when he knocked to come back in. He then opened door - I yelled to shut the door as I ran to door. I have animals that can not get out. I told him this earlier but he was not listening to anything I said. When I got to door and went out to tell him I was still on phone with the company he was here representing - he was getting in his car and left. Rude - did not solve issue- cold not communicate. Will not ever use or recommend Air Squad. Headed to BBB site next.

"People like you don't deserve any kind of service from any human being. You treated the plumber like trash because he was dispatched by your warranty. The plumber was attacked by you as soon as he entered your property. We told our plumber to leave your property immediately, after hearing you yelling through the phone. Nobody deserves to be treated like you treated that service tech. BBB even agreed that you mistreated the plumber and rejected your complaint."
